I dropped in to the Double Bay store on the off chance I might find something for my daughter. They were quite busy but Francesca was serving everyone with great enthusiasm and good advice. Good Experience – I bought a pair of shoes from your Double Bay store. The manger Theresa was soo incredible she went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend shopping at her store.

painful shoes – I bought some black suede Mary Jane style shoes. Although they fit, the first time I wore them they rubbed terrible blisters on my heels. will now try and send them back to EW as I will never wear them again!. I was in DJ's in SYdney city today and the woman in the shoe section said she had a similar issue with her EM shoes and everytime she wears hers they hurt her feet too.

Not good quality Leather Shoes – Have been wearing patent leather heels to work for 20 years. Have had multiple pairs from Jane Debster, Sandler, Joanne Mercer, Wittner and get about 2-3 years of wear out of them and have them resoled as the upper leather is in good condition. at the edges and the shoes are looking shabby. Wouldnt buy again when other brands sell much for durable shoes for the same price.
