With some hesitation, I decided to purchase a DIY battery kit for my offgrid power upgrade. This was motivated for economy reasons. From the moment I made email contact with EELBattery (Howard) I received prompt and courteous treatment and he gave me the confidence to build my own battery, saving me a bundle of money and adding to my skills. Paying by PayPal was added security for me when dealing with a new supplier. Even after I had completed the build , I had some technical questions which Howard answered patiently and fully. I highly recommend using EEL Battery if you're considering going down the DIY route. As long as you're careful, it's not too difficult and VERY rewarding. Thank you

8 MONTH UPDATE: My battery has been running flawlessly since installation. I regularly top balance and don't even have to think about it much. The JKBMS v19 takes care of it all. I'm seeing no increase in cell resistance and 0-10mv deviation is commonplace. My charging settings were "borrowed" from Andy at the off grid garage YouTube channel and they work well. No regrets with this purchase.
