Best find for my nappy life !! – Amazing. So glad I found these nappies. Super soft. Easy to use (I was worried it would be hard) and so far no leaking. Such a good option for people who can’t do cloth nappies. Extremely good Customer service Well done !!

These are the best! – I have used a number of nappies, from Huggies to Bambo, and cloth nappies, and Eenees stack up as an equal (or better) to all other options. Plus, they are the only fully compostable nappy on the market. I had no trouble disposing Eenees in the council food scrap bags and putting them into the council's Green composting bin.

Perfect night booster – Two Weenees pads inside the front crotch area of a Naty (also biodegradable) nappy and my one year old happily lasts from 7pm through to 6am with NO LEAKS!! I put an Eenee cover (or other cover from my stash) over the top to keep this masterpiece together as it can be quite full/heavy by the morning. My bub tends to sleep on his chest with his… Read more

knees up to his hips (bum in the air, shoulders down style) and placing the Weenee pads in the front crotch area soaks up all of his urine. Prior to using the Weenees, my bub was forever waking through the night with a leaky nappy that had overflowed onto his tummy. We're much happier and well rested now that those night disturbances are over! :o)

I have not used the Weenees in combination with the pouch pants. I do like the Eenee nappy pants for their softness. They never leave marks on my bubs the way other nappy covers can do around the legs and waist. Soft nappy pants. Eco friendly Weenee pads.

Eenee products and particularly eenee compostables – When originally manufactured in Australia, the compostables were a decent nappy. However, eenee moved manufacturing the nappies to China, presumably to increase profit margins, as this is definitely NOT an environmentally ethical business decision. Although the company KNEW that there were absorbency issues with the nappies, they still released… Read more

them into the Australian market. ETHICAL?? I think not. I have spoken with Consumer Affairs Victoria and I Quote " If a company is NOT able to provide an exchange for goods that are faulty, then the consumer IS ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OF THEIR MONEY." If you have purchased these nappies and are unhappy with their sub-standard quality, you are entitled to request a refund!!! Oh and I am still waiting for eenee to return my call to discuss the matter. Looks like I may have to contact A Current Affair or The Check Out!

Good – I only used the small size (3-6kg) second hand and this worked well in newborn until my baby was about 1 month old. The pouch system is great and the insert very absorbent. She outgrew this size when only about 4kg however so well short of the 6kg estimated. So I am glad I didn't spend money on buying a set of this size but would recommend the… Read more

Excellent...until you need to upsize – I have loved the weenees pouch pants system: comfortable, dad-friendly, leak proof, less bulky than other cloth nappies, great for EC & they look good! BUT my baby now weighs 10.5kg & the mediums are too small. So I bought a couple of large size and these...are much too big! So unfortunately I can't use them for another 6months or so, by which… Read more

stage we probably won't need nappies (given we're already halfway potty trained).

A waste of money too because I don't live in Tas so an exchange or return will still cost me the postage (i.e. $20 or $30!) - yes, I did ask the company if there was some other option & the answer is that the customer pays all & any postage.

Super Absorbant Polymer use deserves attention – Used/using the eco-disosabe pads and compostable nappies. Sure, they weren't as fuss-free as regular disposables, but were less work than our washable cloth nappies (we obviously couldn't use the latter whilst travelling for long periods). However we were excited to use them because of their claimed "eco" credentials. Unfortunately, I'm now very… Read more

sceptical about these after looking past the marketing-speak.

The company doesn't go into any detail about the"super absorbant polymer" they use in the pads/nappies. I think its only safe to assume this is petrochemical acrylic acid-based. Sure, it might be environmentally neutral when composted or added to land-fill, but as far as I'm concerned this is not the sustainable, eco-friendly solution the products claim to provide.

Good – I loved the idea of these nappies so bought the starter kit. I haven't had any problems with leaks, you have to make sure the gusset of the plastic insert is tucked up really high into the groin area to try and prevent leaks. I really like that you can just take out the flushable liner and flush it away while out shopping etc, and you don't have… Read more

to carry around dirty smelly nappies! Around home I use the washable microfleece inserts. Because it all comes apart, they're quick drying. Look just like a pair of knickers; environmentally friendly; easy to put on, love the back closure; excellent to use when out and about I think not quite as breathable due to the plastic 'pilcher'-like insert.

Terrible – a nice idea in theory but practically speaking they just did not work for me. there are just too many nicer, better fitting reusable nappy options out there for me to stick with this one. I usually just stick with cloth when going out and about or on holiday anyway, now that i'm used to it. I have found them pretty widely available at local shops,… Read more

the throw away insert is a good idea (in theory) for cloth nappy users who want something for going on trips or out for the day, back fastening velcro is a really nice idea for fastening out of baby's reach. leaks, leaks and more leaks. the inner pouch is very fiddley to take in and out (though because of the aforementioned leaks I really didn't take them out much, had to change the whole nappy each time)

A good product which we are now using for baby number 2 – We have used the eenee pouch pants (with microfibre inserts, we didn't use the disposable pads), for baby number 1 and are now using the same pants for baby number 2 (plus a few new ones). The only problem we encountered was that there was a period the pants were leaking regularly and quite unabsorbent. This was due to soaking them in napisan… Read more

(against manufacturer's recommendation). Once we stripped them back, they were good again. As I now have 2 in nappies, I don't need to soak b/c I am washing so often. The concept is fantastic, they look great on the baby. I like that you can take out the pocket and don't have to wash the whole nappy when a big poo happens. The design means that the nappy system isn't expensive to set up (we have prob spent about $400 for 8 pants/spare pockets and microfibre inserts - sufficient for 2 babies. A lot of reusable nappy systems are v. expensive for the initial outlay). Although we didn't use the disposable inserts, it also provides another option for parents wanting to reduce landfill. Sometimes, as other reviewers have noted, a poo explosion means the whole nappy needs to be washed (this would happen with any cloth nappy). As noted above, we had a period of leakage problems but this was our fault.

I love these nappies – Ive been using the pouch pants on my 3 mth old daughter for a few weeks now and i think they are absolutely fantastic, i also use their compostable disposables which are the worlds first fully compostable nappy.....i love both products and would highly recommend to other mums and dads out there they look fantastic, no leaks, easy to use, great for the environment, contain no plastic so great for bubs  Show reply

OK – Suggest you buy starter pack and if you like get extra pouches so you can change these. If you babies does big poos or runny poos you may not like these. Enviromental friendly, great when out, u can flush disposable insert - no need to carry dirty nappies. can use old towels as inserts if struggling. Have to change more regularly than good quality disposables.

Good – I use these a lot on outings, but I think Id stick to the plastic ones of similar design (no insert) also made by Eenees if I was purchasing more. The company makes fantastic swim pants too. These nappies look great and can be easily put on standing tots. I use these for trips out because they are easy to fold and stuff in the liners on the run… Read more

and because the little nappies used with them are so small to carry. They leaked for me often. I have never been able to change just the plastic insert as the rest of the band/pants is wet too. I also dont like the way the clips that fasten in the insert leave marks on baby. (I have some of the older style, unfortunately no longer available, which didnt have the clip in inserts and really really liked them. For the older ones the inner pocket got a bit damp, but not wet like the stretchy cotton and band of the new ones, so I often just changed the nappy in them. Ive tried the disposible inserts. They were ok, but I think cloth is more absorbant and looks more comfortable for bub.

OK – I've only used the small size so far and only with the disposable pads. I've had one leakage when i was feeding but she was laying on her side. It's really easy to change baby and the pads make it really easy when you're out. I like that they can be flushed down the toilet. The only bad thing is when my baby poops. She's my first baby so im… Read more

not sure whats normal but she does tend to have massive poos. It doesn't leak out of the Eenee pants but it does out of the pouch. Most of the time its just the lining of the plastic pouch but sometimes it does get the material so then you need to change the whole nappy. Pretty cheap, i bought mine for $25 and only really use them for when we go out. Very trim, good colours, cotton material around legs soft on baby. Not very good for poos.

Excellent – I have been using these nappies with my third child during the day, since he was 3 months old and I can really recommand them. As said above they are more expensive than conventional nappies as are the Eenee pilchers. But they are great: as they are only about half the size and much thinner than normal cloth nappies they are less bulky. And they… Read more

dry so much quicker after being washed. In the 7 months we have used them, they have rarely leeked and my baby feels dry. I have 18 nappies, which is normally enough as nappies can be easily dried on clothes rack inside. Easy to wash and dry. Always feel soft. Smaller size and thinner than conventional terry cotton cloth nappies, which makes them less bulky. More expensive than conventional cloth nappies. Probably have to be used with Eenee pilchers.

Good – I use these in the pouch pants which are a great concept. They velcro at the back so that cheeky little hands can't undo the nappy. I was tossing up between these and all-in-one nappies and decided on these mainly because of drying time. I don't own a dryer and it would defeat my attempts to stay as green and economical as possible. They are… Read more

reasonably cheap considering and with the microfibre inserts, can be pretty slimline, unlike other cloth nappies. It is possible to purchase disposable inserts for these which are either flushable after being torn up (for soiled nappies), or composed, taking around 50 days to compost down. The disposable inserts are a bit more expensive then normal disposables, but if you are only using them overnight and/or for outings, the peace of mind is worth it. I still stick to my double terry with PUL cover for night use though. Quick drying. Adaptable. I can't get them to last overnight.

Good – A great affordable modern cloth nappy option. It can be a little fiddly swapping the pouches over and I find for my bub that it is extremely bulky as she needs extra absorbency. Cover is reusable so essentially you don't need as many. The plastic pouches are a little off putting

Excellent – I looked at the past reviews and wondered if any of these people actually asked the Eenee people for advice. Their website shows how to fit them, and that if there are a lot of leaks, it's usually because the baby may be in the wrong size pant. Maybe if this happens with me, i will actually contact them and see what can be done to help. I… Read more

really do not want to go back to Moltex, which aren't even biodegradable. They are great for the environment, and you can take out the inner pouch and use them with the Eenee Compostables there are no cons, you are helping the environment

Waste of time and money – Awful! They leaked right through everytime, so as well as having to change the entire nappy ("waterproof" pouch and all) I also had to change sheets and clothes. My baby boy's not a huge pooer, but somehow a little bit of poo always seems to sneak up to the cloth bit. If I hadn't thrown out all my packaging and original statement I would return… Read more

all the disposable pads I have left. I don't know what to do with all the pads now! Totally counter-Eco! It's such a great idea. Pitty it just doesn't work in reality. I wanted it to work so badly. The nappy fits well on my baby. The waterproof pouch isn't actually waterproof. The disposable pads fit very poorly into the pouch and are not at all absorbent. As mentioned above, the entire nappy is soaked right through everytime. We change baby before each feed, so every 3 hours. Effectively we only have 4 nappies! We had to buy disposable nappies from the supermarket. This nappy system isn't cheap either. I wouldn't mind paying more for something that works, but I've paid a premium price for something I can't use. It's ended up being more wasteful.

The only Nappy I would use! – The only nappy I could find that did not leak! I gave up on disposables and used these instead as they hardly ever leaked. I found the pouch system very easy and saved having to wash the entire nappy. I never used the Eenees pads - I used Biobum bamboo inserts instead which were also brilliant. I tried a number of different pant options, but… Read more

found these by far and away the easiest and least washing. Hardly ever leaked. Easy to put together and often did not have to wash the out pant. The pants did tend to fad quicker than what I would expect, however the benefits outweighed the cons for me.

OK – I like the changable pad and I also like that the pad option is compostable- I have friends who took their child on a multi day bushwalk using these pads. pouches as well as the nappy/pad. also, the nappies survived about a year of constant use but by the end of this time they were trashed - they would never have survived a second child using them, unlike other MCNs I have bought.

Terrible – I liked the design but I was not able to use these nappies due to the leaking. I would not recommend this nappy as I found them difficult to use & frustrating. Terrible – When shown these nappies I thought they were great, having never had a baby though I didn't really have much of an idea about any nappies. I really liked the idea that you only had to change the inner microfiber cloth and that they also have the disposable option for when out and about. But I found they leaked all the time no matter how… Read more

carefully I put the microfiber liner in and I also found that the disposable pads were a ridiculously bad fit, far to narrow and too long. And I found it really awkward to change the liner during a nappy change on the rare occasions that it didn't leak. And while the microfiber cloth dries quickly I really found it hard to fold into the correct size and then also keep it folded while trying to insert it into the pouch.

I have since changed to another brand of reusable nappies and find them much more practical and they don't leak anywhere near as much. I agree with the other comments that the system is good in theory but that is it. I hated them to the point of it nearly turning me off reusable nappies. Quick drying They leak really badly, fiddly to put the microfiber clothes in & disposable pads really bad fit.

Terrible – I love these nappies in theory but they just do not work. I tried the smallest size, from newborn with both the disposable inners and the microfibre washable ones. Both leaked very badly pretty much every wear. Out of all the cloth nappies I have, these are the only ones that leaked out poo as well! I really wanted to like these nappies but… Read more

honestly cannot.

One bonus is that the microfibre inners that come with them are good as spit/spew cloths. I don't see the point of the "eco" disposable inners. They have to be composted to be eco friendly and I doubt many people do that. Don't think that putting them into the rubbish is good enough. Land-fill is so anaerobic that they won't break down so you may as well use disposables. They look good and can easily pass as pants. Great modern colours. Good idea with having the outer reusable for several wears and just having to change the inner. Don't work. They leak every single time...badly. I ended up having to change the outer after every wear.

Terrible – I would get them if I owned a compost bin as the insert is compostable, however overall I would not recommend it. They do not leak, and the slim-line fit looks good on baby (compared to a bulky terry-towelling). 1. While the nappy does not leak, the nappy itself is very pooy and it's hard to remove the absorbant lining without getting poo on your… Read more

hands. Also, the poo collects in the plastic lining which has to be turned inside-out before washing, you can't just throw it into the washing machine.

2. The absorbant lining has to be changed regularly, similar to terry-towelling, it is not as absorbant as disposable nappies or other reusable nappies I have tried.

Terrible – if you are considering these nappies definitely buy one and try it out with your baby. i invested in a whole set only to find they didn't really suit my baby which was disappointing. the velcro fastening is easy to put on wriggling babies and the back fastening is great in summer so toddler is less likely to undo nappy when going 'nappy nude'.… Read more

they leak all the time. the sales pitch for these nappies is that you don't need as many covers as you simply take out the wet insert and replace with a dry. i have to wash the whole nappy after each use.
