After coming across quite a few negative reviews, I feel it’s only fair to give credit where it’s truly due. I ordered this chair about two weeks ago, and it was delivered well within the promised timeframe mentioned on the website. The entire experience was smooth and exactly as expected. The quality of the product is excellent—very comfortable… Read more

and thoughtfully designed. I purchased this as a gift for my daughter, and she absolutely loved it. It’s incredibly relaxing and has quickly become her favorite spot to sit and unwind.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Based on my experience, this is a genuine and reliable company, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

box and the ties are falling apart.

They may already be aware or they may not but they are absolutely horrendous quality. I feel as though I could have found better quality from Temu. If they are aware of the quality issues, I would be very disappointed that they continue to sell these products.

I emailed the company and got told ‘structural damage’ isn’t covered under warranty. What the? That’s the very definition… Read more

of a warranty.

A $400 chair should last longer than 12 months. It sits in our patio, outside of the weather. There’s no rust or any reason for it to break aside from poor quality. Shameful.
