Does not work – Terrible product burns and smells so toxic. I’m so upset waste of time have used 3 times in 12 days and this awful solution hasn’t worked. My head is left itchy and uncomfortable. I now have to cut it as it’s damaged the condition of my hair. This product should be removed off the shelves! Show details
THE BUUURRRRNNNNN! – First of all, I'd like to say I have used this product a few times with success and no problems. Well today, I did my 3 boys hair, as well as mine, and dying lice were on my gloves after doing so, so I know it works really well on that front. The smell I thought was a lot stronger of eucalyptus than normal too. But let me tell you, this is the… Read more
first time where I have had the most intense burn using the product, It felt like a bleach burn on my scalp! My kids scalps were red raw as well.Plus not to mention, the condition of my hair after using this product was awful, definitely damaged my hair. Moov definitely need to check their product as we haven't had this issue before using the product, and I believe overuse of eucalyptus oil has a big part to play.
Harsh! Kinder products on the market – Hello, I feel strongly that I need to tell you that (Moov Head Lice - Solution 500ml) has just been used for the first time on two of our five children with both experiencing severe stinging, the youngest (6) even being brought to tears! We did immediately follow the instruction to stop if severe irritation occurs but have zero confidence in… Read more
using the product further putting our three other children through such discomfort. We will be returning to purchasing and using Neutrlice of which for many years has never caused concern.
Terrible - Caused contact dermatitis on face – I have used this product more than a dozen times on my children over several years with no adverse reactions and very good results. After a recent treatment, one of my children has broken out in spots on his forehead and some on his cheeks. (he has long hair). 5 days later the spots became worse and appeared to spread. His face has become red,… Read more
itchy and inflamed. (The pictures are way to graphic to post here). A visit to the Dr confirmed contact dermatitis. He is now on a high dose of steroid cream and antibiotic to try and clear it up. I would not recommend this product to allergy/eczema prone children.
What a waste of time and money – I was recommended this by the pharmacist. I’ve followed the instructions to the letter. My kids were crying about the smell, telling me it stung their eyes (and the fumes did sting). Their scalps were red and tender afterwards (adhering to the 15 minute instructions) and the condition of their hair (and mine) was ruined. Today, the day after I… Read more
put the first treatment on them, there are still live lice on two of my four children’s heads.
I have spent hours combing their hair, boiling the laundry etc. Only to do it all again on day 2?!
I am more than upset.
Didn't kill the lice – Very smelly! Stung my head and burnt my daughter's head leaving red marks on her skin. Used as directed and still combed out live lice. Took it back to the chemist and told them.
Impressive – I have spent months, and a lot of money exploring head lice solutions, and this one has us controlling the problem instead of the other way around. Natural Eucalyptus smells pretty good. Killed all lice after 15 minutes. Applying this solution is best done by adding a little water to this solution in a spray bottle and spraying onto the head to… Read more
create a lather. This needs to be done twice a week for around 4 weeks. While it says there's no need to comb the hair, I don't believe it's possible to get on top of Lice and nits without some mechanical input. They'll return in a week- speaking from experience.
Effective product – I followed the instructions and I found this to work well. The vapours are strong, so the eyes need to be covered at the start. The smell is really nice- strong eucalyptus. Make sure it is repeated on day 7 and 14.
