help if I supply the receipt to show it is on warranty, which it isn't. So no help from them. I had to now buy a new tv, bought a 50" eko tv. Tv is very slow for responding to the remote, and the remote is trash. You have to press buttons multiple times to get it to do anything, and the ring button gets you very frustrated it just doesn't work well at all. I highly do not recommend an EKO tv.
Follow-up · Still nothing positive to say in my follow-up review. Factory reset does not work. I wish they just put in the old style pinhole button type. That always worked
The tv works great. The remote SUCKS it’s so bad I hate it. It works but omg every time I use it is annoying why is the select button with the arrows the same size and shape as every other button? Why do I need a light to use the remote? The remote is so bad. Everything else is good though but the remote eghhhh.

Purchased the EKO 75-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV in October of 2024. Less than a year later, it developed a terminal fault. The screen began to show double. identical TV, which had a broken glass panel, but the distributors refused to replace it or provide a refund. The fault was noticed only two days after the purchase, and unfortunately, the TV developed the same fault as the first. However, it was out of warranty, so we were unable to obtain a refund. We have now replaced the EKO TV with a SONY TV.

They do not honour warranties.......their devices are cheap & poor design.....I bought 3 tv's for my kids & they didn't even last 6 months......now they will not refund under warranty......I do not recommend

Bad tech that breaks within the first day. Even worse customer service. The hoops I had to jump through to get my Bluetooth earphones replaced would make a fighter pilot dizzy... they even replied with patronising emails that were unnecessarily mean, as if I was the one being unreasonable for expecting a product to work. replacement they sent me was a dud too! I gave up trying to get a refund at that point. Avoid Eko. Go for a more reliable brand like JB, Samsung or Sony.

Definitely do not recommend the EKO TVs, I purchased one and 7-8 months in had issues with screen going pink/green. They replaced it with another TV for the this one have flashing lines along bottom third of screen. Then they offered to repair it for a cost that was higher than the actual tv as it had gone out of warranty.

me a new one. I got an email on the 10 January 2025 confirming it had been sent and I would receive in 3-7 days. I called them back on 20 January 2025 as I had not received it. I got a return call that day to say they had just mailed it. Crap customer service, no Manager available to talk. PRAY YOUR GOODS DON’T HAVE ANY FAULTS BECAUSE ITS UNLIKELY THEY WILL GET REPLACED, NOT IN A TIMELY MANNER OR WITHOUT FRUSTRATION.

DO NOT BUY YHIS TV – I haven't had this TV very long and it's gone red, they offered to help nothing worked and they refused to help any further because I don't have the receipt which was a paper receipt as I didn't get emailed one unfortunately. In my opinion if they are having so many problems then you would think they would want to help their customers before then end up out of business.

EKO sound bar and 2 subwoofers - good value – I brought a EKO sound bar with 2 subwoofers, amazing value subwoofers, sound loud and full of bass. I find it great and at a good price – I have now bought a few EKO products and everything is working well. Will be continuing buying their products and trust I will have the same experience. Easy to set up and easy to use.
