controllers). We ordered the controller and when it showed up there seemed to be a dodgy seal on the back, the silicone type product used for waterproofing was flaking off. We sent it back which the seller approved and that's when the issues started. Firstly the seller said it wasn't their fault about the issue and wouldn't refund us the freight cost to return it. Weeks rolled by and we had no unit. Finally we get a reply after a month saying that there is the death of a family member and that it will go in a weeks time. 2 weeks goes by and still no product. I contact again and it was promised that it will ship the following day. Well that was 3-4 weeks ago and the seller [Name Removed] has stopped replying to calls, text and email. I went in to the listed address in Thomastown and there's no answer and no indication of the business or any business existing there. Feeling totally scammed. Lies and more lies. Item was received by the company at the end of August and it is now 7th November.
UPDATE: I have received all the money that I spent back. I contacted the seller on a Facebook post and someone responded. The seller is having major health issues and someone is handling matters for him, hence the refund. I have added one star to my review in light of this, but I still had a terrible experience and had to use all avenues to get my money back. At this point in time all buyers should proceed with great caution until this business is legitimately running again.
Mixed signals from owner – It took at least three months after ordering a shunt mod BBSHD controller and several emails and calls to the owner from me getting increasingly threatening with each one, it took a dispute anyway for them to get their [Content Removed] in line and send me a real tracking number and part. controller absolutely [Content Removed] on the stock one. At least double the acceleration, it's enough to pull wheelies if you're not careful and no doubt your drivetrain will love it. I can't tell if these guys are really trying or just struggling, because after sales support was strangely really good. Everything would've been fine if they just replied to emails and were upfront about delays as I think these controllers are custom made in house. But because of the ignorance and dishonesty I won't be coming back unfortunately. I still highly rated the controller though haha

me. I must be refunded my payment as soon as possible. Edit: On 13.01.2024, after 5 months of waiting, I have finally received - the wrong item! Think twice before purchasing anything from them.
Beware - These batteries are very dangerous ! – I bought a replacement battery from Electrified but on the 2nd charge it caught fire and burned out my garage causing extensive damage (see picture attached) . We were lucky that the garage is solid brick, otherwise the whole house would have burned down. Don't risk your family and your home to these guys. E-bike fires are becoming more widely… Read more

whatever reason didn’t have or couldn’t get them in order to upgrade them and fulfill my order so after a little discussion I sent him 5 controllers I took from the motors I still have, without controllers.
Shortly after receiving them at a Melbourne address he pretended he had trouble receiving them at, he stopped taking my calls. I left it for a bit and still no luck then recently he popped up on Telegram and I messaged him as you can see in the attached picture he came back with more lies and I still gave him more time to no avail.
Numerous Melbourne bike stores know of him and won’t deal with him also. It’s really [Content Removed] as I’m such an easy going guy and he could have made a lot more money than the value of a handful of controllers.
He has updated his website significantly since the start of my ordeal and other people are reporting a similar experience so this is an active [Content Removed] in action.

Paid over $2k - has not delivered - BUYER BEWARE – This Store is a Scam, do not purchase from [Name Removed], electrified.com.au. he will take your money and not deliver. he never answers his phone and is impossible to get a hold of. I ordered a battery from this scammer in Dec 22, still has not delivered. he sends false delivery tracking numbers for products he does not drop off.
Never got the kit after 3 months – (Posted on au.trustpilot.com as well) I ordered a cyclone 3kw kit. My email was on the invoice and I put my shipping address in the emails from sales at electrified. After 3 months the kit never arrived so I applied for a transaction dispute through my bank and they got my money back.
All positive – Have had really great interactions with the seller. And the product a modified motor controller has been phonemnal And look forward to working with him some more.
Electrified impeccable service – Rob went above and beyond to help me out with troubleshooting my ebike and replacing a faulty BMS without charge and hesitation, he even got the pack driven to me same day out of his own pocket. Would 100% buy a pack through Electrified as you would not be disappointed
This company is a scam, they will rip you off. Don't use this company – Ordered and paid for 2 battery packs which I was told would take 2 weeks to deliver. After 4 weeks I cancelled and ask for a refund no refund or batteries
