protect you on this if you can be bothered. Terrible customer service in general - have to stay on hold for hours, try to charge you for call out fees but won't tell you what time the consultant is coming. Awful experience.

I should point out that I didn't buy this machine. I probably wouldn't have picked it myself, as there are a number of red flags I like to think I would have picked up on. No, this machine was gifted to me by a friend and I decided to sell my very good 15 year-old Whirlpool. After watching the latest season of Curb Your Enthusiasm though I realised that my friend probably *foisted* the machine on me.

Firstly, the interface can be quite annoying. All types of combinations **that you legitimately will want to use** result in an uninformative error code.

On the plus side it is quiet, but on the downside it takes forever to do a cycle. My old machine used to finish in half the time.

Despite having millions of buttons, it's missing basic features that we had in the 80s, such as a half-load setting. Also, for the life of me I can't get it to do specific things like spin the clothes without going through a wash cycle. (Yes, it has a spin button - no it doesn't work). After the sixth or seventh time setting the machine up to do something slightly out of the ordinary, and coming back to a pile of wet and/or dirty laundry, I gave up and decide to get a new machine. But not before posting a negative review!

The washing machine doesn't ruin my clothes – So far most of the stain on my clothes comes off without me pre-scrubbing. I just put everything in at the same time. My favourite feature is the steam setting. Sometimes you don't really need to wash that one piece of clothes you wore for one hour but you still want to kill germs and make it fresh.

Only downside, some of the settings takes 2 to 3 hours to finish the cycle. However it does have 18 mins quick wash setting.

Good and reliable machine, easy to use and washes well and gentle on clothes – Not overly noisy. Be able to reopen the door for those last minute or dropped items is an awesome feature. Reasonable noise levels. Qualiry of washing is dependent on quality of detergent. Gentle on clothes but again depends on cycle used. Great machine, highly recommended – Love the delicate cycle, clothes are cleaned gently and very clean. After the spin cycle, they don't take long to dry. The longer cycle for sheets and doona covers is excellent. Very easy to use and many different cycles to chose from. Cannot fault this machine. Brilliant – Quiet for apartment living, perfect for a short load or a linen load. Machine okay, but have an issue with it – The machine is quiet, and works well. However my issue is at the end of the wash the powder compartment is always full of water. The start of every wash I have to empty the water out. It concerns me having a water issue with electricity, emailed customercare still waiting for acknowledgement.  Show details

LOVE IT! – This machine has every cycle I need from a quick 18 min to 5 hrs. I love that I can adjust each cycle to my own time limits by adjusting the spin cycle or time cycle. options to suit. It has a steam cycle, a wool cycle, a bed linen cycle as well as the usual front loading options. It washes well, is great all round and is easy to clean inside and out. The only thing that has gone wrong with it, from the start, is that I have had to giggle the door lock around before it clicks in, which my warranty will cover. I have had the machine for nearly 3 years and I would buy another one without hesitation.

Great family machine – Great clean and rinse with loads of options to customise cycles from wash time to spin speed. Great 18 min fast wash cycle and I love the refresh vapour cycle also for school uniform refresh. Loads of room in the bin and the clothes never get tangled. great family machine!  Show details

Audible warning beep – When it has finished its cycle it lets out 15 very piercing beeps that are air piercing loud and infuriating other than that it seems ok but if your laundry is within air shot bear this in mind.  Show details
