I have an Electrolux EDE605A dryer and am very happy with it but I am renovating the laundry and would like to know if the door can be reversed?

Hi could anyone assist me, we have the Electrolux Ultra silence 6Kg, it has been a great unit however one morning it just stopped turning, has anyone had the some issue?

I had that happen, but it was preceeded by a burning smell in the last load of clothes in it. The machine also buzzed when I turned it on, but the drum wouldn't rotate. It was a simply burned out electrical part (capacitor, I think) that cost NZ$15 and 20min of labour to fix.

Can you wall mount or stack the ede605a dryer?

Mine is wall mounted upside down. The writing on the panel is therefore upside down but this doesn't bother me a bit.

Hi, we have an Electrolux ultrasilencer 6kg dryer which is about 7 years old. It's worked great until now but it won't start and there is an electrical burning smell now. Is the dryer gone or can it be fixed?

It's hard for me to give you a definitive answer as I'm not a technician.

That being said, my issue was similar and related to the front panel (which is fixable).
