I have used my Electrolux steam cleaner for many years and very happy with the results. Today I was cleaning a shower and the glass cracked. Has never happened before and I have used this cleaner on this particular shower many times before. What could have caused this.

If the shower wasn't being used prior and if the ambient temperature was cold and then you apply direct heat it will shatter. Glass is a conductor of heat and usually contracts where as cold expands . The 2 temperature differences would of caused this. Maybe make sure you heat the bathroom up first or use hot water from the shower for a bit

I have had one of these since 2001. It's been the best peice of household equipment I have to ever had. Unfortunately during lockdown I knocked it off my step stool. I have broken the ceramic thermostat. Is there a graveyard of parts that I may pick one up from. I would be eternally grateful if I was able to get one.

Hi, I have a Enviro Multipurpose steam cleaner, model Z370AU. I know it ids out of production now, BUT

I have lost my instruction manual after many moves. Are you able to provide me with basic instructions please? I can remember vaguely how to use it. I know it is a great cleaning tool, don't want to replace it either.
