Also having trouble with the hose staying clicked in. So annoying to have it fall off so I'm taking – I am also having problem with the hose unclicking and falling out of the handle.so I'm taking mine back under extended warranty. The suction is good but the long hose is extremely cumbersome in a tiny apartment. I've had Electrolux vacuums for 40 years and the performance of this one is no better or worse than the others but I would think twice about buying another as this has been a disappointment. Only one thing wrong with mine orherwise I love it – I'm really happy with most aspects of this vacuum, it's light, manouvers really well atound furniture etc, suction fabulous, easy to maintain etc but the hose never stwys clicked into the handle and always falls out!! Really frustrating to use especially when it lands on your foot!! If this was fixed I'd completely rate it 5 stars Show details · 2
Simply the best – This is our first Elextrolux vacuum and I can't be more happier with it. Compact, yet very powerful, great maneuverability, extra long cord and hose mean no need to change sockets in 3 bedroom house. On top- fantastic customer service. I had an issue with the hose and it only took 1 phone call to get a replacement. Highly recommend.
Good Value For Money – Good sunction and easy to operate. Does the job as good as machines twice or three times it price. Extra reach also perfect for me as I can do the whole of my 3 B/R unit without unplugging. Bad point is a bit noisy and also the rubber hose not clicked too well and easy to come off. Show 2 replies
my own unbiased review – i researched this vaccum here before purchasing it yesterday. its good and works very well. trumps cheaper dept store vacuums by a mile. powerful suction, however the head makes an annoying clicking sound on carpet. i'd reccomend it for appartments particularly with hard floors. for the price i'm very happy.
Little Ripper – After having to use a rubbish vac from Kmart it is such a joy to use this little ripper. It sucks like a beauty and has a long extension cord and hose thingy. It does such a great job I named him Brian in the hope that my man will get jealous of Brian and want to do more around the home and he did... only I don't know whether it was because of… Read more
Brian or my friend I was constantly texting on facebook either way its an awesome machine and I highly recommend it!
Does a good job, simple, reliable, strong suction – After recently laying to rest a top of the line bagless Electrolux after many many years of tough work, I made a massive mistake and bought a Dyson stick vacuum. What a massive waste of money, should have got this straight up. My needs are a small house part lino, part tiles, part short pile carpet. 2 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 large dogs, one of who… Read more
is very very fluffy and sheds like a madman. This little ripper cost me less than $200 and does everything I need it to, and does it very well. Dog hair off carpet, toddler crumbs don't get chased around the lino like the Dyson does, adjustable suck power so it doesn't eat the lino like the Dyson, nice long hose too. Very happy so far.
Look no further, the best! – I have had 3 Electrolux vacuums in the past, which have been great. Both got hammered when doing renovations with plaster dust. On advice from Vacuum Shop was recommended this beauty. Clearly the best I've had, lightweight, sensational suction, accessories well placed. All my friends and family have borrowed it and rave about it. Inexpensive and relable
