Great range, amazing service – Purchased a hard to find Dali Katch from EFA in 2020 and have again ordered a Dali Katch G2 (the new portable version). EFA had stock in both instances before anyone else, honestly communicated availability levels/timeframes and have responded to questions/emails very quickly. My G2 has been delayed (by the couriers, not EFA) and EFA has been willing to be on the phone chasing things up for me. I believe they also donate 1% to charity. Can't ask for a better experience - very highly recommended.
