Ignoring all my emails – Sent me the incorrect colour dress and ignoring all my emails to them. Think twice about using them. I ordered green dress and received grey.

Beware of buying from ELEGANTYY – This company gives prices in $au but end price is greater , I realised this however the clothing looked to be of good quality and they have a section where measurements are given for you to choose from. When ordering you're not aware that the order is coming from China as it appears that it will come from the US. The V neck Asymmetric shirt and pants suit arrived. The quality of the materials is less than quality. ( Flimsy) The pants are so long to be laughable. The top of the shirt has just two buttons, on up near the neck the other below the waist so that the rest gapes open when standing let alone if you bend over. The measurements we chose was equal to size 10 , but what we received would be around a size 18. When we contacted them they agreed to give a refund, however within ten minutes of recieving that email another arrived saying they will refund 15% of the original price paid. Beware of this company.
