was NBN fault and will take 3 to 5 days to make another appointment with NBN and they can't do anything about it which I said that was unacceptable so I transferred to Neptune Internet and the NBN worked with Neptune. So it wasn't a NBN FAULT/PROBLEM IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH ELEVATE INTERNET WHICH THE WON'T ADMIT TO AND FOR THAT THEY LOST A CUSTOMER.

Switched over from Uniti to Elevate and the whole process was super smooth thanks to their sales manager, Cason. Internet has been great so far. It is fast and reliable. Tech support is quick to help and customer service has been really friendly. Glad I made the move! Show reply

We had a service that was acquired by this disgraceful company. Support limited not portal to manage or check your service. A few weeks ago they called me to tell that they need to upgrade my service and a tech would attend my house at an agreed time. They never showed, no one ever called until over a week later. me that they cant upgrade my service and they will terminate the service on the 13th of August. To get NBN to my property I need to go through our body corporate to get approval and actually get someone out to conduct the work.

We now are up that creek all because they could not manage their own business properly, done thier due diligence and given reasonable notice so that customers could find an alretate provider.

Patchy, unreliable, drops out often. Hard to set up payment. Show details

I just moved from Belong to Elevate using my old modem and the transition was a bit unsmooth. However, the support team from Elevate did a great job to help me and I was connect from the first day. After having used fixed wireless internet for nearly 10 years, my opinion is that it is a great alternative to any of the NBN offerings. Any outages in all that time have been due to wholesaler problems and out of their control. I'm very happy and see absolutely no reason to change technology or providers. Show details ·  1
