Attempts to 'fix' my laptop only for it to come back with more issues. Claims there's viruses and keyloggers when there isn't any in an attempt to charge more. [Name Removed], the owner, has left my laptop keys broken on several occasions and wiped my laptop after falsely claiming there was a keylogger on it. Other employee is incredibly rude on phone calls when [Name Removed] is out of the business.
