Absolutely terrible experience with Elite Eleven. I bought a t-shirt online, and when it didn’t fit, I went into the store expecting a refund—something completely reasonable when purchasing clothing online. Instead, I was told the only option is store credit. No refund. No exception. Nothing. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a… Read more

trap. When you shop online, sizing can easily be wrong, and refusing refunds while forcing customers into store credit is a poor and unfair policy. It shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

To make things worse, when I called the store, they doubled down and confirmed there is absolutely no way to get your money back. No effort to help, no understanding—just a rigid, take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will never spend another dollar with this company again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before buying from them.

Elite Eleven refuses to refund when returned with proper tags & packaging and insist on credit/gift cards. Their marketing (https://www.tiktok.com/@eliteelevensporting/video/7616133180461944085) misleads you into thinking they're happy to refund if the product isn't right for you.

Beware they don't do refunds for change of mind. Purchased clothes online as they weren't available in-store. The shorts dont sit nicely on my son yet we're not able to get a refund only credit note. I won't be buying from elite eleven again.

Very poor quality for the price. The Cherry Cola jacket is the worst activewear I’ve ever purchased - unstructured, with material so thin and flimsy it feels like stockings. The Blue version is slightly thicker but still cheap and badly made. Neither is worth $85, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Show details

Follow-up  · Both jackets were donated to second-hand stores. The fabric was flimsy and unstructured, with poor construction that made them look and feel cheap despite the $85 price tag.

Very disappointed and annoyed. Bought my daughter the same size as previous tracksuit set online (XS in both hoodie and trackies) and neither fit. Hoodie too wide in shoulders, trackies way too long. And the fabric not as good quality as previous order (much much thinner). No refund offered, only a credit note for products I prob wont buy again. Waste of time and money. Show details

Make sure you don’t buy the wrong… Make sure you don’t buy the wrong size!! It’s been an absolute nightmare trying to return/exchange the hoodie that doesn’t fit my son. I bought it during the sale and I tried to exchange it for a smaller size online but could not find the option. So I emailed EE (no phone customer service which is a huge issue)… Read more

there was a freeze in exchanges during the sale. So after the sale ended I tried to process the return for the classic hoodie as they didn’t have a small size online. While I was going through the prompts it timed out and I didn’t get a confirmation email or a label to print for the return. So I thought it didn’t process and decided to go in the store. I drove to the store this afternoon and apparently the return was pending online so they couldn’t do the return either. The lady sent an email asking if the pending return could be cancelled but because it was close to 5pm and we didn’t get a response after 5pm it was determined that I would need to come back another day once the cancelled pending return went through. Then I emailed EE the next day to ask if the pending return was cancelled and I got a generic chat bot message saying I could go online or in store!!! I’m at my wits end. I will never buy EE again, such bad customer service!!

UPDATE....Happy to have been offered an exchange/refund etc with no further issues. Purchased Capital Hoodie in Soft Pink. Washed inadvertantly ONCE with darker colours. SUCH bad dye transfer. Then used reputable Colour Run Remover (colourfast safe, and have used many times before previously) to remove the dye transfer, but to my absolute… Read more

astonishment, every bit of colour came out of the hoodie entirely, leaving us with with a 'raw' hoodie with no colour whatsoever. Such bad quality. These items are not manufactured to consumer commercial standards.

This brand is a fkn joke. Placed an order worth over $150 to receive the 'FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING' It's been 12 days since I placed the order and have not received any email regarding despatch. Sent several emails on the status of my order and all I get is ' Sorry we have been busy due to the sale ' Please allow upto 15 days!!!!for the order to be… Read more

despatched. Is this a joke!!?? If its Express shipping. It should arrive within the next couple Days!!! I've had Express shipping from Japan that came within 2 business days to Melbourne. Why run such a massive sale if you cannot promise the customers. All they want is to collect as much $$$ as possible then forget about the orders for few weeks. I won't be surprised if they refuse to refund customers if they request it. Do not fall for their SALE!! and Free Express postage unless you're happy to wait 2-3 weeks.

First time shopping online at elite eleven and I got express shipping. From my knowledge express shipping is an item in Australia being shipped within 1-2 business days. I never got a dispatch email so I emailed them asking where is my order as it’s for a bday gift and they replied they are having a sale and they’re very busy in the warehouse and… Read more

it will take 15 days or more to be dispatched. Why does your website not let customers know their shipments will be delayed!! There is a banner on their site saying free EXPRESS shipping when you spend over 120 dollars and nowhere is it written you guys are experiencing high volume of orders and shipments will be delayed??? How about you stop running the sale and advertising free express shipping to lure more people in so you can go and dispatch the orders that were placed weeks ago. I shopped 50% off at a top skincare brand the day before that and I received it from Queensland to Sydney the next day!!!! Free express shipping. What a joke don’t have a sale if your company can’t keep up. *Edit* STAX (a more popular activewear brand) they are having a massive sale and have clearly advertised on their website that all shipments will be dispatched within 10 days!

Disappointing – Poor customer service in store. Refused refund for online purchases that were the wrong size, only store credit. The items purchased were not available in store for trying on. Based on this policy we won't be purchasing here again.

Very Frustrated and Disappointed – Very disappointed and frustrated… Very disappointed and frustrated regarding the recent experience I had with customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of leggings for my daughter and regrettably, upon washing them a couple of times as per the instructions I discovered a significant defect, the black stitching turned blue. I promptly emailed customer… Read more

service who were happy to exchange them for me without any concerns and I was more than happy to return the faulty items so that they could examine them for future reference. (confirmation via email). However, days later they then asked for order no’s, to which I explained that I did not have and that I purchased these directly from Northland and was not asked or did I give my details to anyone. I paid cash took the items and left the store. I have now been met with a disheartening refusal to process the exchange. The reason cited for this refusal is the purported absence of my details in the system. I emphasized that during the purchase transaction, I did not provide any details for registration or any form of record-keeping. As such, it is perplexing and deeply concerning that my inability to access a resolution for a faulty product is contingent upon the presence of these undisclosed details, due to no fault of my own but the store itself. As a loyal customer, I expected a more satisfactory resolution to this matter. The refusal to accommodate my request for an exchange not only undermines the principles of consumer rights but also reflects poorly on the customer service standards upheld by this establishment. As I am frequently in and out of hospital this now has become exhausting and far too much for me to handle. I am not sure what Elite Eleven is thinking – do they think I have stolen these leggings? I am a woman in my 60’s and know that my morals are nowhere near this level of thinking! The items are there's and they are faulty, why is a receipt needed? Shame on you Date of experience: 26 February 2024
