I had my De'Longhi automatic coffee machine repair by him I can not describe how happy I am with the service received from him. I recommend Ellis Electrical with confidence to anyone who require a fantastic service

Called and asked to have generator connection in switchboard. Was kept informed with details of arrival time and how long job would take and how long power would be off. All went very well as per information given . Very affable person whom I would recommend. Very Good Experience

HORRIBLE SERVICE AVOID – Horrible experience with this place. Dropped off my vacuum for repair 3 weeks ago. Nothing asked of what is wrong with machine, we told the technician what was wrong and he didn't write it down. Was told 2.5 weeks for pick up time. ready to be picked up and technician said there's no job number for the repair and nothing has been done. So I was lied to about the machine being repaired and my time has been wasted. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE POSSIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. WOULD NOT EVER IN MY LIFETIME RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ABSURD TO HEAR THAT THIS PLACE IS A RECOMMENDED REPAIRER BY ELECTROLUX, THEY REALLY NEED TO REEVALUATE WHO THEY WORK WITH

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . In my previous review I marked 1 ⭐️ but it came up as 5. Unfortunately I cannot give negative ⭐️ so please go elsewhere and don’t get taken advantage of like I did and my friend!! REMEMBER TO PHOTOGRAPH YOUR PROPERTY BEFORE LEAVING IT WITH ANYONE.

Terrible customer service – Terrible customer service . When the part I ordered arrived damaged, a phone call was met by a person pretending not to understand me, eventually telling me that I had to post the article back at my own expense, and he would consider it. He was rude, and not interested in the photos I took and sent to them of the damaged article, and has not replied to multiple emails.

Great service, great range – I've ordered parts for my Sunbeam Mini Barista twice from Ellis Electrical. They were well stocked on each occassion, it was easy to place an order on their website and it was a speedy delivery to Adelaide. I'd happily order from Ellis Electrical again should the need arise.

In the end did right – Ordered cutters.not received.no reply to numerous emails but funds removed quick.$40.a lot for nothing.saying received then post asking money as wrong address on order address right.very upset and unimpressed.advice look elsewhere.did sort out in time.since received order fast shipping.but do need review customer service Show reply

called them to be sure it will work in my model as it looks different from the original. They reassured me that it was ok. As it physically fits I thought ok… but first time I used it, i got a strong burn smell. I used for Less than a minute and I stopped it to check. The motor and the new drive shat made the wrong friction and both melted!!! Meaning my unit got broken by the new part and i can’t now used it even if I find the original shat drive. When I called to complain i was told that it was a 20 year old machine anyway and that they will not refund me!! ( I wasn’t even charging for my broken machine, just the refund of the drive shaft!). It destroyed a really good food processor that otherwise would have lasted many years more!! The only way of getting refund was complaining to PayPal via dispute a transaction!! as i paid using Pay Pal. and now i am getting a refund, but very disappointed with the service of Ellis Electrical!! I don’t recommend it as description does not match the product!!

Do they even look at their emails? – Purchased a part for stab blender that arrived damaged due to 'poor' packaging. Sent an email about it and never heard from them. Can't recommend them.

Coffee Machin – I took my coffee machine in not working. Two weeks later around $300 dollars all fixed back next week same problem 1 week later all fixed no charge, next week same problem two weeks later fixed wanted to charge me $92 for parts all same problem got all huffy when I did not like the service or charge. If I did not like the charge never to go back. As if I would. No idea about service.

Communication – Communication with customers is NOT one of their strong points. Website says, plenty of stock, and ships in 1-2 days business days. Just over 2 weeks, and don't respond to any emails, and still haven't got what I paid for

Sent out the wrong part – They sent out the wrong part and expected me to come all the way to Dandenong from Lalor with the part and my coffee machine. The gentleman wouldn’t listen to me and just kept talking over me. Didn’t receive an invoice for my order

Great customer service – I got a problem with my Sunbeam blender Cafe Series and upon an email correspondence the gentleman recognise the issue and asked for a few pictures. Within a few hours a quote was sent. I called back and asked how to proceed with the DIY. A few tips were provided and from the online to receiving the part everything was smooth. The tip for dismantling the blender was as described from our conversation. Awesome customer service.

Christmas. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction I was told ‘oh well we will refund’. Not good enough for false advertising and horrible customer service. I would have bought the frothed elsewhere and had enough time for it to arrive by Christmas! I would not trust this company.

Fantastic Service – I was directed to them for a warranty job and called ahead to see what time they were open until. The lovely gentleman said that as we were on our way he would wait for us to get there. Tested my vaccuum cleaner and immediately replaced the head. Didn't even contemplate trying to fix it. Highly recommend this service
