EMF Fitness

My complaint isn't about the gym although that isn't all that great either. EMF are not focused on health and fitness they are focused on cash. If you miss a payment by a day you will get endless phone calls and emails but go to the gym and you will be lucky to get a smile from staff. I had to relocate for work and there is no EMF anywhere near me. I know my contract had a very tight cancellation clause but it didn't mention relocation so I thought it would be reasonable to provide the required notice period but no way. I was expected to pay out the full balance of my membership even though it was physically impossible for me to attend. They also have a policy of completing all paperwork in gym so anything you try to do is unnecessarily dragged out usually with the goal of making you pay more money. You have to fight for every email or online form. Be very careful of putting your name on any contract with this organisation.
