The worst oven I’ve ever used – There were only 3 options on the market that fit the gap we had to fill to replace an old oven when we bought our house. We went with this one and I cannot emphasise enough how much we wish we had just chosen a different brand instead. The cooktop is great, but the oven is completely useless. When using the electric oven, even if you add 40 degrees, things take at least double the time to cook. The gas oven is slightly better but not by much. For a simple example, when cooking frozen oven chips (with nothing else in the oven!) we have to add 40 degrees, and about 50% extra time. We’ve had a technician out from Glem Gas who measured the oven while empty and said the thermostat is working perfectly but the proof is in the (very undercooked) pudding in this case.
For such an expensive oven, I don’t understand how it can be SO bad. It’s an endless source of frustration in our household and will speed up our need to renovate our kitchen purely to replace it.
As an aside re aesthetics, we found that the blue protective plastic that it came wrapped in couldn’t be fully removed. The company told us it would shrink when we used the oven and eventually disappear. 6 months on after near-daily use, we can still see blue plastic poking out the side.

Good cooktop dangerous oven – There was only 3 options at the goodguys and 2 in our price range as we wanted a gas oven and cooktop. We choose the Emilia as is looked nice and sturdy. Dissapointing for find a few faults, firstly the gas regulator malfunctioned and I had to replace as I'm a licenced gas fitter. Secondly the knobs on the oven get super hot, we know the glass gets hot that's common sense, but you almost burn your hand adjusting the knobs when the oven is cranking.
Good: Looks good, Price
Bad: Very hot knobs, not easy to see if the oven is alight during the day, issue with the gas regulator after a few weeks

The oven you have when you don't use an oven – I purchased this product only because there was a limited choice of brands that manufactured free standing gas ovens with an 800ml width specification. The oven looks quite attractive, cooks evenly and the gas hob ignition works well, but unfortunately that's where it ends. It is badly designed and cheaply constructed: the stainless steel, enamel and steel oven trays, trivets and hob frames are of low grade quality making cleaning extremely difficult and time consuming; the light buttons that indicate the oven is on fall out regularly, the exterior of the oven over heats to such an extent that I need to leave the cupboard next to the oven open whilst cooking to prevent a build up of condensation inside the cupboard. In fact I try to use the oven as little as possible and I love to cook. Verdict if you use an oven on a regular basis this brand is definitely not for you.

WOULD PROVIDE NO STARS IF I COULD – Poorest and cheapest quality oven ever made! This is the second EMILIA OVEN purchased. The first the glass shattered within 18 months and we were advised that it was our fault for purchasing a seconds scratch and dent. We purchased a brand new one after that and have had everything that can possibly go wrong happen to the oven. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Spend a couple of hundred more and invest in a better oven as it will cost over one thousand in 3 years to repair!!!!

Disgraceful Service Terrible Product – Dangerously hot cant cook with it as it gets extremely hot customer service is not interested or even cares about the problem. Its 3 months old and cant even use it or get money back. Would never recommend or buy again there good to charge and take your money but cant be bothered to help or fix the problem .
