there was no response to phone calls, text or email. I think they are scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have stopped payment through the bank.

PATHETIC – Do not buy from this business. After being amazed that I actually finally received my first purchase, I made the mistake of going for a second. No product, bounced back emails, no contact through messanger, not answering phone and no other response!!

Barely Functioning Business – Online Liquor sales business. Their products pop up when you search for something through google. At first glance is seems like a legitimate website. number - It was a random bunch of letters and numbers). After not hearing anything in over a week i sent an email to the address provided on the purchase confirmation, on the website and on Shopify.

It bounced - address not found. I tried again, same issue. I went searching for other contact details- nothing on the website - no number, no business location, nada. At this point i realise half the webiste doesn't work, none of the buttons for privacy terms etc. work. Also no liquor licencing information which is concerning.

After I google them I find an old facebook page with a 1 star rating and the last post from 3 years ago. There is a mobile number!! I try ringing it twice. No luck.

At this point I assume I've been ripped off and its a fake business and begin steps to recover my money.

A week and a half after my purchase and unsuccessful attempts to contact this business I receive a text message from the number i tried to call! Noticing the chargeback and finding out if i would still like my goods. I rang (got an answer on the second try).

Turns out they ARE a real business, albeit a poorly run one it would seem. The gentleman gave me a REAL sendle tracking number.

After 3 and half a weeks I received my order (after sendle was over a week late and said it was delivered when it wasnt and I assumed it was lost).

Far to many red flags, I might have finally received what I paid for but i will never order from them again.

You can find out more information about businesses with a little digging, i found their abn and their liquor licencing info. So ill be clear, they ARE a legitimate business but I would not recommend purchasing from them.
