I ordered a HP Laptop charger and lead nearly 2 months ago , the ETA has been put back 3 times now ,after inquiring re my order , I did get call back ,but the lady was of no help at all ( not her fault i imagine).She could not get a definite delivery date from EMPR'S supplier .To make matters worse The cost for the Item was over $120 and the cost was taken out of my account 3 times , not sure what to do now. Show details

Ridicilous restock fee – Website difficult to navigate. Paid premium price expecting manufacturer screen only to recievce the wrong screen and upon return charged a $60 restocking fee. Just buy a cheap part off amazon. Show details

Beware of the itemised Invoice which has unexplained "charges" – Background: My HP laptop needed a replacement battery, it seems the battery is at the end of its production by HP Parts. credit card immediately. Problems encounter: Upon completion of transaction, noted the itemised invoice price were unusual, as follow: 1) The website price has GST included but the invoice had further 10% GST added. 2) There was unexplained $8.43 "tax" added to the Invoice, that apparently was "tax for part and freight", according to the online Sales person. As such, I have NEVER NEVER heard of it nor have to pay it in any of my previous online purchases! 3) Website offered 5% discount if signed up as member - there was NO discount discount in the Invoice. I felt this company was behaving "dodgy", so, I cancelled the Order within 2 hours of the online purchase. BUT after 11 days, No Credit Refund. At the time of this Review, I have notified my Credit Card Provider regrading the cancelled Order and am still pursuing the Credit Refund with EMPR Australia.
