Travel with confidence - Service plus – I used Endeavour Travel in 2021 when I went, initially for a 3 month trip but then extended to 6+ months, to Europe and the UK from December 9 2021 - July 3 2022. Dominic Wolton from Endeavour Travel organised my return tickets for me and is currently organising my next 6 month trip from October 2023. He is probably the best travel agent I have ever had and he and Endeavour Travel are a strong case for not doing your own ticket via skyscanner etc - cheap is good, but often, especially in taxing times, you really do get what you pay for.

I was referred to Dominic after my previous travel agent, Flightcentre, left me stranded in Istanbul in March 2020 at the beginning of Covid. Flightcentre and staff (possibly at the direction of management) were apparently more concerned with the cancellations they were receiving at the time to be bothered by people who were stranded overseas and had already paid for their tickets. Flightcentre's approach cost me over $2,000.00 extra in order to get myself to Frankfurt in order to catch a flight home.

Dominic was and is amazing and far from not leave me stranded anywhere, during French strikes, multiple flight cancellations and in fact, anything that could go wrong, ensured that my return to Australia actually took place. It took a lot of effort on his part but I made it! June/July 2022 was a time of some turmoil in the international flight sector and people were being offloaded everywhere. I was, at least three times but each time, Dominic organised a replacement flight. I may have returned to Sydney and then Brisbane by a somewhat circuitous route, but he got me home. Had I booked these flights myself, I would probably have been stranded for days. Yes, travel insurance may have covered it, but he eliminated any potential stress that would have occurred in that situation. Assuming one's travel insurance is as good as the insurance company says it is that is!
