Smaller than expected but kind of works for me – Apparently I am snoring a bit less with this pillow. Smaller than I expected - didn't check measurements, just expected a normal pillow size, and it isn't, but I am using it anyway. Just discovered that our local sugar ants give it 5 stars. Website misleading – Ordered the pillows but once submitted order, it was processed in US dollars even though the website stated Australia. the item and get a refund but in one sentence was told that there is no 30 day money guarantee on dicounted items even though it clearly stated on that page 30 day money guarantee and the discount was automatically calculated at checkout. Absolutely horrible people to deal with and wont answer your emails at all. I would definitely not recommend them at all, their website is misleading and fraudalent.

the pillow. Thinking with a 30 day money back guarantee, there was nothing to lose by trialling it. Which I did for 10 days. It disrupted my sleep, hurt my neck and didn't stop snoring at all. When I contacted customer service to ask how I could please return it, as it was well within the 30 days and did not suit my needs, I was told in a 1 sentence email. We do not offer refunds on discounted pricing! What a joke! The ONLY way you can purchase it on their website is through the "Special Introductory Offer" so basically because everyone is buying it at a discount, you will never get a refund if it doesn't suit your needs. I am now left with a $240 pillow that needs to be thrown in the bin and I wanted others to not fall into this same trap, as their website does not even state that discounted items will not be refunded.
