I had a hour remedial massage at Endota Spa Rundle place in Adelaide CBD yesterday, i booked in for 4:30 but was asked to come in at 4:15, i arrived at 4:13 and then waited till 4:30, the therapist then asked me questions for at least 6 minutes which I understand being a previous massage therapist. My (HOUR!!) massage ended at 5:15! So to… Read more
summarise i paid $180 for a 35 min massage!!!! The receptionist then could not even process my Private Health card when paying. Daylight robbery!
Customer service appalling. $280 treatment an I can’t even get a phone call back. Reception doesn’t care when you show disappointment. Magnesium pool slimmy an I have stop scratching. Scalp massage none didn’t happen Show details
Went to Endota spa in Glen Waverley for the promotion Gus sha facial and body massage 90 minutes. I gave 2 star because therapist was friendly. But it’s definitely not a real Gua sha treatment. More of massage and quick facial. Price $225. Not worth it. Will not recommend Show details

I received a gift card during COVID and subsequently had not had the opportunity to due to circumstances to book an appointment to use the $150. When I finally got around to making an appointment I found out that the card had expired and their way around this is to force people into purchasing their products online. Show details
CANNOT RECOMMEND – CANNOT RECOMMEND! One week after my remedial massage at Burnside Endota, 2 nights without sleep & I am still in pain & covered in large bruises. The therapist did not listen to me as time after time I pulled away & told her she was hurting me. I have had 100’s of massages over decades & never before had a problem. I only went to Endota as I had… Read more
received a gift voucher - otherwise I feel they are way overpriced. Endota send a feedback email afterwards which I completed - politely & respectfully. No response. I then followed up & after they requested all of my details (too lazy to find themselves) was told their customer service team would “reach out” soon. Nothing! I notice that unlike other companies they don’t seem to respond to these reviews. Please be very careful if you have any issues at all.

Concerns regarding gift card policy – I was given a voucher for Endota's Surrender package (valued at $205) as a gift and I upgraded to an anti age facial. The facial was fine but when I went to pay they only honoured the amount paid when the package was purchased 6 months ago ($185),… Read more
not the current price of a surrender package. Note the Endota package gift card doesn't say what the giver paid, it only says what the package is. If this is legal it doesn't seem ethical. The receiver of the gift doesn't know how much was paid for the package as the voucher doesn't state this. It left a bad taste, and I felt misled.
Follow-up · The policy pf honouring the original price was not explained, so the difference in price was not mentioned until I went to pay, so it was a shock. The service was ordinary and the person who did the service was polite but seemed very junior and not confident. I've spent me seen article saying that Endota make must of their profit from gift vouchers
Had a $150 voucher for my birthday and decided to treat myself to a facial at the Glenelg Endota. However, when my appointment came around I couldn’t find the voucher. When I got to the spa they looked up the name of the person who purchased the… Read more
voucher and found it in their records but they wouldn’t honour the voucher and told me to contact head office. I rang head office at least six times and left messages but no one has returned my call. My friend also had a voucher that was one day out of date which they refused to honour, even though she had just got out of hospital. Disgusting service. Would never give them my business again. Plenty of other places in Glenelg that look after their customers properly.

Was given a gift voucher, and as Im not a massage type of person, I bought products instead. I had googled what I wanted and 2 of the products were out of stock. Anyway, I then bought some hand wash for about $50 (so expensive) and a few other… Read more
things. Unfortunately the hand pump stopped working. Took it back to be replaced and was grilled when I bought it, from which store etc, I guess the usual questions. The lady asked me if I would come back after 1pm, I explained I had driven specifically to come and exchange this product so didnt want to come back. I asked if she could just exchange the product and sort out all her paper work afterwards. She said she couldnt and then tried to fix the pump which was broken then fell into the bottle. She then had to phone the sales person who initially sold it to me, why? have no idea as she had found my invoice and I confirmed all the products I had already bought. I was probably in the store for 1/2 hr or longer. All this for exchanging a faulty product is not worth my while. I wont be back or purchasing any Endota products
Follow-up · Replacement bottle hand pump is now broken. Seems to be the same amount of hand soap used, so I guess it's a fault with the pumps. Bottle still 3/4 fill 1. Staff tone was okay, she was young and inexperienced (so I blame the manager as opposed to her staff member) who perhaps needs more training 2. I drove specifically to the shopping centre to… Read more

I had an organic massage with Jessie at Endota Spa Norwood, SA and she was excellent. Discussions at the beginning of the massage were brief and targeted for best treatment. She didn't try to sell me any products at the end. The massage went for an hour which so often doesn't happen at other day spas. Show details

I booked in for a facial with Layla & found the whole experience from start to finish so lovely & relaxing & even learnt a lot about how I should be looking after my skin. I would highly recommend Layla & Endota Spa in Joondalup Lakeside Shopping Center to anyone who is looking for professional & relaxing Day Spa Experience. Show details

I have been to Endota a few times after receiving gift vouchers. Whilst the experience has been lovely they are completely overpriced and the treatments don’t actually go for the full length of time (in my experience). For example had a 60 minute massage, got there 15 mins before appointment time and was brought into the room after the start time… Read more
so by the time the massage started it was 10 mins into my appointment time. Then the massage finished 3 mins before the finish time. When it’s $155 for 60 mins I expect a full 60 mins of treatment not 47 mins.

Very poor customer service and false advertising. I received a voucher for my birthday which was meant to be applicable to both products and treatments. When I try to redeem the voucher via product purchase the website says I cannot do so. The voucher is in date. I am considering reporting them to the ACCC.
⭐ Endota Broadway (Sydney) Title: Extremely Unethical Use of My Card Without Consent I accidentally booked an appointment at Endota Broadway in Sydney, even though I live in Melbourne. cancellation fee. The call disconnected, and when I called back I told them I would return the call in a few minutes because my phone battery was low. Unfortunately, my phone died before I could organise the payment. When I got home and charged my phone, I received multiple alerts from my bank saying someone was attempting to charge my card 15 times. My bank flagged it as suspicious and advised me to block the card. I panicked and followed their instructions. It turns out the manager at Endota Broadway attempted to charge both my card and my husband’s card (which was the only card I had ever given consent to use) 15 times for a $50 cancellation fee. This is completely unacceptable. Because of this, I had to replace my card, reset all my direct debits, and deal with several days of inconvenience — all while staying in a hotel over Easter. When I called the store on 6 April, the staff member simply said “that’s our policy.” I asked to speak to the manager responsible, and was told they had “left for personal reasons.” The entire situation feels extremely unprofessional and, in my view, fraudulent. At no point did I give consent for my personal card to be used, let alone multiple repeated attempts. I will be escalating this further. Customers deserve transparency, consent, and basic ethical behaviour — none of which I experienced here.

I went for a spa on a public holiday only to find they do not accept gift cards on public holidays. I have never heard of such a thing. The gift card was a full price gift and my massage was for a higher value than the gift card was worth. Why on earth would you jeopardise your business with such a bizarre condition. I would NEVER go back to an Endota business again and would encourage others to do the same Show details
The facial I booked online included a scalp massage and foot massage. The foot massage never happened. then chose to believe the dishonest therapist. I provided written feedback the next day and was offered an apology and 15 minutes extra with the next treatment I purchased. I declined. Companies like this do not get one more second of my precious time let alone one more penny of my hard earned cash. They do, however, get my honest review.
I was looking forward to using a voucher that my elderly father bought for me to say thank you for helping him with shopping, washing and other household chores that he is unable to do himself. looking forward to my relaxing 60 minute facial.
I was booked in at the Endota Spa at Westfield Kotara at 10.30am and was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment, which I did. I was offered peppermint tea or water and told to be seated, and my therapist would be with me shortly. Already 10 minutes late at 10.40, my therapist approached me and introduced herself and advised me that she would be taking some pictures of my skin, apparently all a part of having a facial but that was never mentioned to me when I called to make my appointment and book what I thought was going to be a 60 minute facial. Having had these pictures taken I am still not aware of what the pictures presented in regard to the condition of my skin, it was not communicated to me at any point during the facial, as to whether I had pigmentation, rosacea or any other significant issue. Once in the room I was seated and asked more questions about my skin and any concerns, more time taken out of my 60-minute facial. At this point in time, I was beginning to become annoyed that so much time was wasted, I took note of the time on my phone just before I laid on the bed and it was 10.45. I waited approximately a further 3-4 minutes for the therapist to return to the room to actually start my facial, she then washed her hands, placed a hot stone on my stomach and covered me with the blanket. I would say that my facial actually started at 10.50. Therefore, what I thought was going to be a 60-minute facial turned out to be a 40-minute facial once finally completed.
I would like to make it very clear that I was happy with the actual facial treatment that I finally received because the therapist was very proficient in that area.
My complaint is with false advertising, if the procedure if not a complete 60 minutes, then don't advertise it as such. I have had many, many facials at various Spas and they have always been a full 60 minutes, give or take a few minutes. Ten minutes of my time was sacrificed due to the previous client running late into my scheduled appointment and there was no apology for that to begin with.
I spoke to the manager the following day to state how disappointed I was, and she constantly said, "I understand what you are saying" and left it at that.
Not good customer service in my honest opinion and I will not be returning. I would suggest to other customers who are thinking of booking a treatment, to ask all the relevant questions in regard to what the procedure entails and exactly how long the treatment actually goes for before booking.
I have bought several Endota SPF50+ lotions only to discover that they do not contain SPF50+! Very disappointed in the brand as I would have thought more good governance would have been applied to this very important skin care product. What do we do with these products now that they are deemed to have around SPF4?? Show details
So disappointed with my infusion facial today. My children paid $155 as a gift for me for a 50 minutes facial including foot and scalp massage. Came out with mascara still on my eye lashes and lipstick still evident on lips. Whilst the girl was lovely, it just didn’t wasn’t anywhere worth the money. Wont be back. Show details
I am very disappointed. I placed an order on the 16th of August, and 11 days later, there has been no order or tracking number for my order. I have emailed twice asking for the tracking number and called only to find out it will leave today. Terrible, slow service. When I emailed requesting the tracking number two days ago, there was still no work or email. TERRIBLE Customer service. Show details

Nothing special about these franchises. The massage is not the ones like you get in Asia or remedial massage therapy. It is a riff off . Short treatment times . It was a gift from a friend and i will never buy anything from them. Show details
Received an organic massage with stones for my birthday a few years back. Thought I better use it before it expires. What I don't like about Endota is the sales pitch. wraps on feet or hands for $15 each extra.. no thanks. Masseuse stated I couldn't have a firm massage as requested because the gift voucher was for an organic one but I could customise it to a firm massage for extra money. Again trying for more sales. Massage didn't really seem relaxing, but more of having half a litre of oil poured on me and then the Masseuse rubbing me like she either was flicking dust off me or trying to start a fire. The stone part of the Massage was limited and hardly felt too. I would actually question the qualifications of the Masseuse. Masseuse was nice and friendly enough, but for $180 for 60 minutes, with some of that time for questions and undressing etc, I am glad it was a gift voucher. I would never pay the astronomical prices when the local remedial therapist does it for half that and his the right spots.
Question the experience of massage therapist . Did not feel like an experienced masseuse. Also they advertise a 60 minute massage but by the time you get in the room, undress and wait for the therapist it is actually only 40min. Better off going to a small business beauty therapist and support local. Would also be cheaper. Show details
I was given a 150.00 voucher for the Robina store and was very excited. Was supposed to be a hour massage only got a 40 minute massage by the time she started. And it wasn’t anything special I walked out very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this such a ripoff. I went a few doors down on the same level it’s a massage school cost me 40.00 was 100% better than This place.
Endota Garden City. The girl at the front booked me for an hour, while I only wanted half an hour. Told me she phoned me and discussed it at length. I’ve had the most unprofessional experience with West Lakes Endota Spa. I booked an appointment with them, and they harassed me by calling twice and sending an SMS asking for my booking confirmation. I’m pretty sure I could book a surgery faster than a facial massage! I didn’t accept their offer and instead rebooked at the Marion Endota Spa. Guess what? The same thing happened again—they cancelled on me too. It's frustrating because if a client wants to cancel, they have to pay half the treatment price, yet they can cancel on us at any time with no consequences. I guess the gift card for a $155 facial massage is the worst gift I've ever received and most likely can't use it because they are just cancelling the appointments.
I was really looking forward to a prenatal massage, but booking at my nearest Endota Spa was nearly impossible—no available spots for over a month. itself was decent, but the overall experience left me disappointed. I expected better organization and availability, especially for prenatal services. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rely on Endota for timely care during pregnancy.
Lack of training – I love endorsing spa and have been going to the one at Cronulla for ages. The one at Penrith has been good also. But if you’re going to advertise pedicures they need to make sure they have trained staff to do them. My friends toes were cut several time and made bleed and both were messy with no knowledge of filing.
