responding and close the ticket with no way to contact them again about this. They even tried to delete my order but I have many screenshots plus PayPal support in the case. These people are scammers nothing more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
It is unlawful to refuse a refund on a product that is bought in Australia
They are quick to take your money even for products they dont even have ! Then getting a refund is worse than trying to become friends with a great white shark ! Scammers to the Max DO NOT USE THEM !
AWFUL SCAMMY SITE! Work provided a $30 gift card and I stupidly chose Eneba. Hardly could get $20 to actually use. Such a SCAM

Sold me a used Steam Gift Card key and refused refund or replacement – I purchased a €50 Steam Gift Card key from Eneba for €65, only to find out that the key was already used. When I contacted customer support, they refused to provide either a replacement key or a refund. Extremely disappointing experience – I expected much better service. Be cautious when buying from here, as you might not get what you pay for.
Never got a refund – Product didn't work and key was invalid but apparently that's my fault I should've just contacted ea. instead. so they cancelled my case twice and i had to escalate to PayPal which also still haven't replied. so far my money has just been stolen without any refund. DO NOT BUY FROM ENEBA!
They steal your money and then refuse a refund – Deposit $40 into my account only $4 went in. It seems the 86c transaction fee i was charged (happy to pay) is for $4 not $40. So they only deposited $4. Customer service have Knowledged there is a bug. No refund available im told due to there t&c haha. Avoid!!
Fake Global key sold and have stopped responding to emails, won’t refund – The Global Key I received for Football Manager did not work, (Issues Raised #236936). I have shared the screenshots but no reply from last 7days. I have been told they will need to contact Supplier to see what the issue is.
