Excellent quality performance and price – This litter works a treat, lasts longer than most and was a great price point. I can no longer find it, please bring it back! Show details
Buy the Enviro Cat Litter here – You can buy Enviro Litter under a different name (Feline Friend) at Ritchies IGA stores and perhaps some independents. I contacted the makers of Enviro Litter who let me know that they also make Catsan and Feline Friend. I found Feline Friend for sale at my closest Richies IGA for $4 for 5Kg. I bought a couple of packets and found it to be the… Read more
same product as the Enviro Litter. I also let my local store know to expect many disgruntled Aldi customers turned off by SaniPet and searching for the discontinued item Enviro Litter. If your Ritchies doesn't stock the Feline Friend, talk to the manager as it should be available for them to order. I hope I helped a few people out. The Sanipet is Garbage, the Enviro Litter and Feline Friend are the best.
ENVIRO CAT LITTER – I agree ticks all the boxes, absorbs odours, this litter easy to replace and makes for easy disposal, makes for being house tidy, this litter is a good thing Show details
Bring back Enviro litter! – This litter is amazing. I have tried almost every brand you can get hold of in Melbourne and this is by far the best. Low odour, good clumping, nice sandy texture, and stays dry after several uses. Cheap too! Very disappointed that Aldi have stopped stocking this (new brand San-i-pet is awful and turns to concrete in the tray). Please bring back Enviro! Show details
Best Litter Ever – Have contacted the company, as have many of you and this was their very prompt reply. Hi Bill, Thank you for your email, it’s always great to receive positive feedback from customers seeking out our product. Unfortunately, Aldi did make the decision to cease stocking our product and have been in the process of phasing it out in their… Read more
stores nationwide. We have received a significant number of enquiries, similar to yours, from Aldi customers seeking details on where to purchase our product and also expressing their disappointment in the replacement product.
If this is the case for yourself also, as a manufacturer and supplier to Aldi, I’m sure Aldi would welcome your feedback directly. We would suggest that you get in contact with them, if you haven’t already. You can contact them via their website at: https://help.aldi.com.au/s/store-feedback
As for those few negative comments, its all in how you use it and the tray you have. Paws & Claws deep litter box is similar to the one I improvised from 2 plastic storage boxes. You need at least 150mm depth and scoop it out morning and night without breaking the clumps.
bring Enviro backkkkkk – I loved this kitty litter, the second best Aldi has had. There was one before this one, that I would give five stars for. Please bring either of them back the one they have now, San-i-pet, is shocking, no consistency to the product. One bag is good the next not crushed enough, then crushed too much that the cats find it hard to dig a hole....and… Read more
the dust...is worse than ever. You will always have dust, the enviro kitty litter was better for dust, the consistency.....
Excellent product – Have been using this litter for as long as l can remember and found it to be easy to clean and works well . Two cats use the same tray and it lasts fantastically. A quick clean out daily and it lasts well. Top up as needed. Shame it's not stocked at aldi now. Show details
The worst kitty litter replacement - need a power tool to remove ! – I agree- the new kitty little that Aldi has is horrible - they had a sand one which was amazing then changed it to the clumping - us anyone tried to actually get this stuff off the tray - you need an electrical concrete drill to get it off - I now have to go to Coles and get a sand one ! Why Aldi !!! Grrrrrr Show details
Why have Aldi stopped stocking this? – This is an excellent cat litter. Used to buy 10 bags at a time as I have three cats. Have purchased them at Aldi. Unfortunately, they have just changed the brand to a clumping litter which is like concrete. It is disgusting. Aldi, please change back. Show details
No smell easy low dust. Go in the garden – Best litter. Aldi needs to put it back. The sanipet is rubbish. Enviro is made over the border in n s w Aldi wanted a cheaper brand so more profit. Getting annoyed with aldi Show details
Great – Changed to this from paper litter after I was sick of the house stinking of cat wee and having to change the whole tray every couple of days. This stuff is brilliant, clumps well and no more wee stink. And MUCH cheaper than previous litter used Show details · 1
Eviro Litter has fine grains compared to others of the same price – I've found this to be just as good as the far more expensive Catsan litter I used to get from Coles ($21 for 7kgs compared to $7.50 for 10 kgs). No idea why people are saying Aldi's Sanipet litter is better, which I've found to be coarse with large grains in it that doesn't sieve well through your cat scoop. Sanipet is comparable to Coles Simply… Read more
Cat Litter Clay which is also very coarse with some grains being 10mm in size. Out of the three I far prefer Enviro Cat litter which has fine grains compared to the other two making it easy to dispose of and clumps well. The other two clump in sludgy messes, with that and the large grains you end up throwing out more than you have to. Very disappointed my locals Aldis has gone back to their own brand Sanipet, hopefully I can find Enviro Cat litter elsewhere.
Excellent product - some people will complain about Heaven when/if they get there – Yes this stuff is fine and sandy so yes stay on top of it and sweep the excess. It clumps brilliantly into a fat donut shape so the odour disappears with the clump. Next time I'm in Aldi I'm buying a dozen bags and then LuLu is all sorted for 6 months. Just try it and ignore the negativity. :-)

Love this product – Good product for a number of reasons. Very economical I have 2 cats and use 3 litter trays through out the house. Enviro clumps beautifully, and leaves no smell. Only leaves small amounts of tracing. Both my cats and I love it. Show details
100% Best cat litter – I seriously don't understand the less than 5 star reviews on this litter. I have always used the paper pellets, but my current cat HATED that. She preferred to pee on my bed!! After enduring that for 12 months, I finally worked out she hated the litter. Changed to Enviro Litter from Aldi, and OMG the change was instant. There is NEVER any smell… Read more
and clumps just fine. I use one of those litter mats under the litter tray that catches all the stray bits of litter. I hope Aldi keep stocking this product. It is THE best.
This litter has been a game changer! – Firstly my fussy 10yo Devon Rex girls finally use their litter boxes after changing to this brand and not pee and poop on the floor outside their trays. I find it clumps just fine using a plastic poop scooper. Any cat litter will smell left uncleared and cats hate dirty litter trays as much as I do. My only gripe, even though I use high sided big… Read more
litter trays (from Cheap as Chips), compared to Wood pellet litter, being sand it does flick everywhere and probably worse if you have fluffy paws to carry it even further so I regularly use a long handled dustpan and broom to sweep around the litter box area.
Enviro Cat litter Aldi – Omg it stinks. Changed to this due to high cost of crystals $23/bag BigW. Litter needs to be changed almost daily, 2 cats. Non hooded litter, smells of urine immediately. Does clump when fresh, after one use, no more clumping. Cats like it, it is cost effective, the smell is awful! Show details
Awesome – I don't understand how this could get bad reviews. I've been using Enviro litter from aldi for a while now and I think it works fantastic. Certainly clumps fine and my cat prefers this way better to others I have used. It lasts way longer than any litter I've previously used. I don't find it leaves any odours, although I clean mine out as soon as the my cat uses it. Sure it gets kicked around but that's what cats do. Show details
Terrible product. Don't waste your money – Used to buy the Aldi Sanipet clumping litter and LOVED it. I converted lots of friends and family to this brand but it was discontinued and replaced with Enviro Cat Litter, which is supposed to clump. This product does not clump! The urine smell is awful. Will not buy and all those I previously converted to Sanipet are ni longer buying to Aldi Enviro brand. Clumping litter should at least clump. Show details
Absolute rubbish – I used to buy the Sanipet Bentonite grey clumping clay from Aldi and it was a great product. It did what it was supposed to do. Clump the cat urine into hard lumps and easily disposed of. It seems they no longer stock the grey version and now sell one called "Enviro Litter" marketed as "completely natural ( clay) ". Well after using a couple of… Read more
bags, I can say without a doubt , compared to the previous clumping clay, the new stuff is absolute rubbish. With moisture (cat urine) it barely forms loose clumps that simply disintegrate and fall apart. This results in the urine staying in the tray and building up and very quickly starts to get odourous. I bought 6 bags of this rubbish which I will now throw into the garden. I will need to find something else.
