finding them when we put the main light on. We often leave the back door open for our dog to go inside/outside when she wants during the day, letting in the mozzies. We found the fan to be a little noisy in the quiet of the night, but we have gotten used to it now & the benefits far outweigh the less than minor fan sound. Since we have been using them, we have not been bitten during the night or woken up by their sound. The light attracts them & the vortex air draws them down into the basket where they don't get back out. The unit has also trapped small moths & flies. Unit is so easy to use & is USB connected.
