Eozzie

Eozzie (E-Ozzie) is a disrespectful company, so my advice is to stay away from them no matter how attractive their price may be and if you do intend to buy from them make sure you read their REFUND section in depth as it may deter you from buying. E-Ozzie refused to refund me $1849 over an e-bike I bought online and cancelled by me 4 hours later, because it was illegal to ride on public roads and paths due to its throttle speed exceeding the 6km/h South Australian maximum regulation.
The below link is to the E-Ozzie e-bike selection. The e-bike I bought then cancelled a few hours later is the, " Eunorau META 26 X2.0 eBike 250W Motor 36V 15Ah Battery".

The information about the throttle speed was missing on their e-bike's website. They never mentioned it during my phone chats with them before I placed the $1849 order. I have scanned their e-bike website, and this missing throttle speed information is common, and there are other discrepancies all over it.
I had to involve the Westpac Credit Card Dispute Team to get my $1849 refund as E-Ozzie blatantly lied to me on the two phone calls I made about the refund and they totally ignored all my emails from day one. It took many weeks before Westpac forced their hand and they agreed to the refund. This nasty experience happened recently around April 2026.
I have officially reported E-Ozzie to the ACCC about their deceptive advertising, and I am going to work with the SA Government to regulate this company from selling illegal e-bikes to unsuspecting customers like me who want an e-bike for legal public road and path use.
Now, many of you may like a faster throttle speed and one than can be adjusted by an app, but this makes these e-bikes illegal for South Australian public road or path use, and if caught the fines and confiscation are costly. The same goes for the motor size and speed of 25km/h maximum and adjustment not allowed.
MY ADVICE IS AVOID E-OZZIE AT ALL COSTS - VERY DECEPTIVE RUDE COMPANY

Cheating company be aware I had a very disappointing experience with Eozzie. I purchased an NCM Paris 19Ah e-bike for $1399 on 23 March 2026 and was told I would receive a pickup confirmation. After several days of no updates, I had to follow up multiple times myself. Eventually, I was told the bike had arrived in Melbourne, but instead of confirming pickup, they informed me that the price had increased and asked me to pay extra. This is completely unacceptable, as the purchase had already been paid in full. The lack of communication, delays, and attempt to change the agreed price after payment shows very poor business practice. I ended up cancelling the order and requesting a refund. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. Be careful when dealing with them.
