Every parent needs! – I used this since my baby was newborn to now (she is 8 months). During winter she was snug facing inwards and I could go on walks / shops! Now she’s bigger and it’s summer she faces outwards and loves watching what’s happening around us! Definitely a must for all parents! Super handy if you have a clingy or colicky baby! It’s so comfy for the baby and so easy to put on! Show details

Definitely don't recommend – Only used it for a month and the slider (the one to change the bum fabric from rear facing to forward facing) stopped engaging. So, if bub was in the carrier and the slider was up it would slowly slide back down. Ergo customer service was great as they replaced the carrier but now another month later I'm having the same issue. In my opinion it's a… Read more

poorly design expensive product. I had the original ergo 360 and I loved it. I regret giving it away.

One of my favourite baby products – I love my ergo. It's fantastic that it can fit a newborn without an insert. I still use it for my 2 year old on my back occasionally. Anyone struggling to put it on solo I advise to watch a YouTube tutorial of the "t shirt method", it makes putting it on by yourself so, so much easier. I love it has the extra safety straps and it comes up a treat… Read more

after going through the wash. Mine is 2 years old and still looks new. I have always had a bit of back pain but find this incredibly comfortable to wear for a length of time.

Cut off circulation – Used it once in the supermarket found out baby feet goes blue and purple.... obviously blood circulation of the baby leg was cut off... is too dangerous if use it for longer hours... Show details

Love this, still carrying my 18 month old – This has been great. It has potentially had more use than our stroller. I am still wearing my 18 month old 10.5kg toddler because it is so comfortable. I don’t feel sore and the waist band means weight is distributed. I had an issue in the beginning and customer service were really helpful talking me through adjusting the carrier and the issue was resolved. I have the cool air mesh version and highly recommend it. Show details

Has saved us many times – Comfortable for my husband- it seems a little bit too big in height for myself, being shorter. Our baby really enjoys being in the carrier. He didnt quite fit in it when he was a newborn, even though he met the weight recommendation. The carrier has a great zip pocket with pull out rain shade- which I use for sunny days over his head. There have… Read more

been times when he has been so unsettled, especially during the evenings, that nothing else will help him stop crying, until we put him in the carrier and within minutes each time he has fallen asleep. It has never not worked. Ergo needs to know how many parents they are really helping!! Only downfalls are the awkward sizing of the straps, a bit pricey (but I have not questioned that when it puts him to sleep!!), and the buckles can be hard to clasp.

Amazing Baby Carrier – This carrier was a lifesaver in the early days when my daughter wanted to be cuddled close all the time and we still use it almost daily 10months on. I love that it doesn't need an infant insert and that it has four positions. I haven't used the back postion yet, so don't know how comfortable it is, but the front positions (facing in or out) are… Read more

really comfortable for me and my partner. I am struggling with the hip position but intend to check out the Ergo website for tips to help. My daughter loves being in the carrier and never gets sick of it. The fact thay this carrier can be used in four different poisitions means that it can be used for older toddlers and saves us having to purchase another carrier as our daughter gets older. It is super easy to out on by yourself and to adjust for the different positions or different people using it. I am always recommending this carrier to friends and family.

DONT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! – I got this because it had great reviews.... getting the baby strapped in is ridiculous, why would you put a buckle you need to use 2 hands to do up behind your head??? Dangerous product if you dont have someone to help you get it on! Show details

Not for skinny people! – It's a great carrier but being a smaller person I actually cant tighten it enough which means it sits wrong and is quite uncomfortable.... (trust me I would much prefer to be a curvy women but I'm not) Show details

Can be a struggle to put on by yourself – I purchased this so I could do shopping etc without taking a pram. I researched this product and purchased because of good reviews and because it’s good for babies hips. I personally found it difficult to get my newborn baby in the carrier and do it up myself. I didn’t have a partner home to help me as he worked away and was home 24 hours a… Read more

week.

We tried a few times and she just doesn’t like it, even now that she’s 4 months old I can’t get her to stay in it for longer than 5 mins without freaking out.

I don’t feel confident it having her in it either.

Lifesaver – When my newborn was not settling unless I’m holding her. I knew it was time for me to invest on buying a baby carrier... I researched ones to use not just when my baby is a newborn but as well to later on. I read the reviews, watched YouTube for comfort and ease of use. I came across Ergobaby Omni 360 Cool Air. Yes it’s pricey but am sure you can… Read more

search around for a bargain as it normally retails from $220 to $320 AUD. Lucky I got mine for $100 AUD on Facebook Marketplace in which it was never used by owner however no box and instructions (I found the instruction on YouTube). The first time I used it, I got to use both of my hands while my bubba slept for longer than putting her down and having to carry her resting in one arm which was a strain on my whole body.

So if you’re after a reliable, weightless and easy to use baby carrier I totally recommend this.

Omni 360 Cool Air Mesh – I use this carrier far more than I use my pram when out with bubs. Has great features, a rain hood, pockets for phone and keys, tags on the carrier that remind you what position everything should be in when forward or rear facing. The mesh was great in summer for keeping both of us a bit cooler as we like to go walking. Also very easy to attach a… Read more

blanket when bubs needs some extra winter warmth. I have a bad back and needed something that would support me as much as it supported the baby. This has been comfortable (for both myself and my husband) as our child gets bigger and bigger!! Would definitely recommend. I wouldn't be without it!!

Best purchase I’ve made – I honestly use this carrier almost every day, I don’t use a pram at all. I have a cuddly baby that loves to be held, and this carrier fulfills her needs, and my need to use my hands. I’ve been using it for 13 months now and can’t find a single fault with it. It’s great for walks, going shopping, or when Bub just does not want to be put down and I need to clean/cook. Couldn’t live without it. Show details

An Essential – This is the one baby product that I would recommend to everyone! I have the Omni 360 Cool Air Mesh carrier. It's great for newborns, as it doesn't require a separate insert (which can be really hot in the warmer months). I can carry my baby for hours in this and not get a sore back or shoulders. Highly recommended! Show details

Expensive, but worth it. Could be even better though!!! – We bought the Omni 360 Baby Carrier: Cool Air Mesh, and have used it for about 4-5 months now. Baby is start to be forward facing. Overall, it's great. I'm mostly comfortable, Baby seems comfortable in it, Baby can be awake or asleep, and we can definitely get things done with our hands free if baby needs to be carried!! I can use it easily, and… Read more

if my partner wants to use it, it's just a small adjustment as we are different sizes.

If needed, when we are out and don't need it, we can fold/wrap it up in itself (even if it's a little awkward), to put in bag, so it's not bad this way either.

It's stayed relatively clean as well, so I haven't had to put it through the machine yet (a little worried it might damage/make the material less durable if put through the wash), but they say it's fine so I'm sure that won't be a problem.

I would buy this again if I needed to. The quality is good, even after a few months of use. Used it daily when travelling is humid heat, and yes, I was sweating with Baby on my chest (but who wouldn't in that scenario), and it did the job well.

But a few things I've noticed with it, and where it could improve:

1) Could have more air mesh - there's still quite a bit of cotton area on it, which, if it was the air mesh material, would be fantastic and make it even better. A competitor's 'air mesh' version has much more air mesh (it's pretty much all air mesh) and feels great for this reason, compared to the ErgoBaby (but I prefer the ErgoBaby's ergonomics)

2) It's a little hard to put on. Still find it difficult to put Baby in the chest-facing and forward facing position by myself, without fussing quite a but and needing to be flexible. With another person's help, it's no problem. Find it even more difficult to wear it cross-strapped at the back (which I find more comfortable). Again, putting it on with Baby is very do-able, but definitely much harder than easy.

3) The teething cloth they sell on the site is $35???

4) Waist support at the back (or back support) could be wider, and easier to clip in (though it's pretty good).

5) Feel like sometimes I need to wear a plain shirt (with no buttons/zip at the front) when carrying Baby facing in, as I don't want to leave button marks on one side of Baby's face/make Baby uncomfortable, so may not be the best if you are wearing a button-shirt.

Must buy baby carrier – ERGOBABY OMNI 360 COOL AIR MESH - PEARL GREY I purchased this carrier and have been using it nearly everyday. It is easy to get on and off by myself. If you are travelling, I recommend getting this for the airport too, your baby can sleep on you while you move about the terminal. We have a pram that you can take on the plane but we end up using the carrier instead.

Most exciting purchase ever (after my house and car)! – I have researched and pined after this exact carrier for months and it has not disappointed. I’ve owned it for a day and a half and used it three times already! Having already used borrowed other versions of the ergobaby carrier, I knew that my baby and I would both be comfortable and I was confident that my baby would be in a safe position: I… Read more ·  1

really wanted this carrier with the cool mesh because my bub is a little hot-bod. She is at an age where she wants to see what’s going on-so I wanted the forward-facing option, and I like the crossover straps as well, because they are very comfy. The little bag at the front for my keys, wallet and phone has been very useful too. The best thing, though has been that it’s made me choose to do things that I wouldn’t have otherwise done; like brave the dog park with both my baby and my dog for the first time, and do a quick supermarket shop tonight. As I went to get my baby out of the car, planning to put her into the carrier facing forwards again, she fell asleep right before my eyes. The slider adjustment to change the carrier to inward facing was so simple and quick- no buttons to worry about- it was fantastic. She slept the entire time I shopped. This carrier is so much easier to put on than others I’ve tried, because it does up at the front with click clasps that have a little lever, so they can’t be accidentally pushed undone. I’m also glad that when I have another baby, I won’t need an infant insert, which can add another layer of warmth -which I don’t want. Overall I am so rapt with this carrier. It has lived up to my hopes and I’m sure I’ll use it loads.

Can't Imagine life without it – Absolutely has been excellent for my now 8 week old (started using it at 5 1/2 weeks). Mainly use it when i do the weekly shop, which free's up my hands to push a trolley. It is really good when he is having a grumpy day and wants to be close the Omni allows him to be close and allows me to continue on jobs i need to do.  Show reply

Omni 360 my BFF! – I was so excited to be one of the first people in Australia to use the new ErgoBaby Omni 360. My Husband, Mum, Dad and new daughter Harper went to England on a family trip when she was just 2 months old so of course we took my Omni with us! She absolutely loved being in it and myself and my whole family loved carrying her! The comfort, support and… Read more ·  1

Perfect! – Ergobaby Omni lets me snuggle my newborn and be on my toes with my 3 year old. Bub is safe and secure snuggled into my chest and sleeps peacefully while I shop, clean or play with their sibling. The thick straps are padded well to support bub's weight evenly and protect my shoulders and back. The sun cover and zip lock pocket are well though out… Read more ·  1

Great! – I’ve got a few carriers - Manduca, Tula, stretchy wrap, wrap, ring sling. I’m so glad Ergo came out with something that doesn’t require an insert. My 3 week old fits well, although the straps on this are a little bulky around her little head. Not keen on the strap/webbing that cuts into my fat at the side (!!). included and that it can face forward (haven’t had a chance to use it forward facing yet though). Would recommend. I bought this instead of the 360 cool air with insert as I thought it would be cooler. Glad I did know, as I don’t want to fiddle with an insert, no matter how cool it allegedly is.

I don't know how I survived without it! – Ergobaby has finally released the ultimate carrier! When comparing the Omni to other brands, this one was a clear winner. The storage pouch is so handy when going to the shops or walking to the park, I am able to wear my pocketless active wear or leave my handbag at home with my keys, money and phone (I have a large Samsung galaxy S8) all able to… Read more ·  1

be safely stored in the easy to use and accessible pouch. I also love the forward-facing feature, perfect for my curious 1 year old who prefers being able to see what I see. The padded shoulder straps also make for a really comfortable walk when carrying my bubba on my back long distances. The best thing about this carrier though? It is so durable and will last years, my future little ones will use it too. The carrier is able to be used from birth, with no need for one of those pesky infant inserts that other carriers tend to have. A MUST-HAVE for any active parent!
