I LOVE IT best investment – Myself and husband love this carrier. My husband is 6ft 3 and quite broad so we found it difficult to find one to fit both myself and him. This carrier is easy to put on and put baby in on your own. Its comfy and feels safe. Great for popping to the shops from the car or brief carrying around the house to get jobs done, any longer and I felt the… Read more

strain from my shoulders, also not able to breastfeed in it. It was also a lifesaver and the best carrier for newborn days. It was cozy and pretty easy to wrap once we got a little bit of hands on instruction (essential for babywearing!)

The BabyBjorn is perfect for parents who want a quick, secure way to carry their little one during the early months (all it takes is just a couple of buckles compared to more intricate wraps). Its simple to get babies in and outeven when theyve fallen asleep on-the-go. Plus, its light enough to toss in your diaper bag or store in the stroller basket.

Best money I spent!! I could do everything with baby in the wrap. Washes up nice.My little boy loves it still at almost 7 months.

Wouldn't recommend – I bought this carrier when my bub was already 2 months old (my baby is very average weight, and slightly on the taller side). I wanted a carrier so I could carry him, whilst still being able to push around a shopping trolley. This was a pricey purchase, but I saw so many great reviews, it seemed worth it. The carrier material is good quality,… Read more

and I love the clips, which I find are all really easy to do up and undo yourself. Now to the problems...

Initially my bub was the recommended weight & height to put in the carrier at the 'new born' setting facing inward, so I did. However, when he would turn his head to the side, the shoulder straps were right in his face blocking his view. So I didn't like this.

As he grew older he no longer had this problem, and we switched it to the standard height and outward facing. For some reason, I couldn't figure out exactly where I'd gone wrong, but in outward facing, his leg circulation always seemed to get cut off. I'd realise once his legs had gone purple and would immediately take him out.

The last inconvenience, is that this carrier is designed to carry a child until they are 3 years old, however, my son who is now 6 months old and only weighs 7.5kg is far to heavy for either me or my husband to carry in. We find we get really sore neck and shoulders wearing this, and it's totally not worth it.

I should also briefly mention that wearing this lead to me getting blocked milk ducts, but I don't think everyone would have this issue, as I am unfortunately just more susceptible to this problem.

I'm very disappointed as I really love this brand and I assumed being so well known for their carriers I would love it too.

BabyBjorn Baby = happy baby mum and dad – When we were buying our other baby stuff we went cheap or second hand, but with the carrier we are very glad to have the BabyBjorn One, this carrier is amazing. We've had it a month or so and Baby (who's now 5mths) loves it. It means she is not embarrassed by mum and dad bumping into people at the market with the pram for a start, but it's… Read more

very comfortable for her his and she loves sucking on the straps while teething.

Mum was concerned about breastfeeding while wearing it, but she has been able to breastfeed sitting down fairly comfortably without removing baby from the BabyBjorn One (just undoing the top strap).

As a Dad who gets a twingey back from time to time, it's really comfortable to wear, I'm tempted just to put it on without the baby, just for the comfort of the back strap.

We were given a hand-me-down older BabyBjorn when she was born and it wasn't comfortable, nor did baby like it. The BabyBjorn One isn't even comparable. It's much easier to strap the baby into while more secure and comfortable to walk around in. It's a much better build quality with the fabric, straps and clips feeling like high grade materials. I actually look forward to putting it on now.

The main concern we had was getting teething covers for the top straps. The fabric is tough enough to withstand our little ankle biter, and it has been easy to clean, but I guess the teething covers would help to get that extra bit of longevity out of it, and also sometimes it's nice to just to have ONE thing that isn't covered in drool...

This is perfect ! Can’t live without it! Super comfy ! – Comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and not super expensive! The quick clips are what makes it the best on the market. I’ve found it to be the quickest set up and super reliable as the safety of our baby is the number one priority. 5/5 Show details

Great carrier – Super comfy, so easy to get on and off even with no help. Have worn in the middle of summer and still been quite comfortable as the material is lightweight and breathable. Bub has fitted perfectly in it from newborn to now and his one. Show details

Causes back pain, baby sits too low – Despite numerous adjustments with all straps baby sits too low and thus pulls your shoulders and thoracic spine forward into flexion so back very uncomfortable after only 5min walk. Have to resort to having both hands under baby to lift it up. If baby turns head it gets a strap in its face despite trying both size settings. Glad I did not pay 200$… Read more

for this. Only good point is babys hips are in wide-good position but your basically the one having to lift them up. Being a health professional i dont understand how this design passed customer trials-feedback

Extreme shoulder pain – I wouldn't recommend Bjorne one to anyone, it causes terrible shoulder pain, both hubs and I are experiencing Shoulder pain from this! Not liking it at all :(((( should have looked into ergobaby apparently the soft shoulder carrier is good as it doesn't cause pain to shoulder at all. Just really disappointed for spending money on a product that gives pain.

Its okay, but very hot – this was given to me as a gift. I have the denim fabric. looks great!! it is easy to use, to strap on and strap off. It carries a little bit low, so when little one was small, the strap next to his head kept on rubbing his face, and now he is a bit bigger it just kept on rubbing his neck and cheek. Due to its fabric, it is very hot to wear, both… Read more

the little one and myself tend to sweat heaps! Howver it does the job, and i have been told most of the carriers are of similar fabric.

Surprisingly helpful piece of kit – This along with any other carrier isn't for the weak. Im 170cm and can hold myself well which assists in using this product. Whilst babies feel like they weigh nothing in the beginning I like how it can be adjusted and readjusted to cater for bigger kids and while it does distribute the weight nicely ( better than holding them), weaklings will… Read more

probably complain. The actual product weighs nothing and is honeycombed.

They sit in securely and it looks comfortable for me and bub. They do seem to like to suck the edges which I try to discourage so I clip on a dummy. Head and neck are well protected and the bub really likes it and has fallen asleep a few times in it which I recommend to foster strong relationships, especially between hubby and baby. Provided they face you and you can see their nose/mouth to breathe, you can just leave them as there shouldn't be a sids risk (not a doctor). Any bending over will need your hand to help to support bub and ensure they don't slide out the top, I imagine this is a fault in all carrier designs.

I haven't done long walks, I don't think mine would want too tho, they're really into everything but for hands free around the house and short walks it's so unbelievably helpful.

Also, don't pay full retail Facebook marketplace and eBay have them for sale constantly at 1/3 the price which I recommend if your on the fence on getting a carrier at all. Just put it in the hottest washing machine setting to kill anything and your good to go.

I never bought any inserts or newborn version of carriers as bub was big. After 4 weeks bub was big enough for this so would have been a waste of money. To be honest you should be resting before that time anyway. Bub is also too small for me to comment on back carrying.

Some good, some bad – I was so excited getting this product. I had heard all good things. I wanted to start going on hikes with my son and he hated being stuck in a pram so this seemed ideal. It is aesthetically appealing and not too expensive. The back support is good but only if the child remains still...which mine would not. He twists around like a snake and i was… Read more

in so much pain. I know this isn't the fault of the design but surely with the purpose being long walks with children, it should have a better way to compensate. But it works well if he is happy and sitting relatively still. Not the best purchase I've made

Denim Baby Bjorn One a winner – Although expensive ($229) we loved the Baby Bjorn one carrier. The colour was also nice in denim. We mostly used it forward facing with bub facing out. Really fantastic carrier and would highly recommend. Show details

Best carrier by far – Easy and simple to use once you get the hang of it. Super easy to clean and great for when you want to clean without leaving Bub. Feels secure and rather comfortable to wear.

Most comfortable carrier – The carrier has worked well with two kids, they sleep well backwards and very happy facing forwards. I don't leave the house without it. I tried another carrier but it wouldn't sit well across my shoulders. Would recommend strongly for any dad out there. Show details

Love it – I love this carrier, it is super convenient and easy to put on. My son seems to be comfortable in it also and doesn't seem to bother him. It is comfortable and feels secure seeing it. My partner also wears it on him when we'r go ot ans he agrees and likes it also.

Practical and comfortable – The baby carrier one black has been great for walks and keeping my hands free. The adjustability works to suit both my partner and I. The design and material doesn’t leave you hot and sweaty. Customer service has been great responsive and helpful. Straps sometimes loosen but are easily tightened.

Love this carrier! – Love using my carrier. I’ve been using it since bub was s few weeks old. He is now 11 months and we use both front facing and inward facing positions. He is very comfortable in it and it is also comfortable for me to wear. It’s easy to put on and out bub in. It’s been a lifesaver when we can’t take the pram somewhere and don’t want to just hold him. Highly recommend.

Great for walks – Found carrier to be comfortable enough to take baby for a walk. My only other experience in carriers was a cheaper brand which I found to be too lose and started to hurt my back very quickly on walks. So this one was a vast improvement with a pricier product offering much better comfort and distribution of weight.

Fiancé loves taking bubs for walks – I first bought a wrap and used that, but living in a humid climate, needed a carrier that was better suited for hot weather. Bought the carrier online from Baby Village during a sale and couldn’t be happier. So easy to adjust and transfer baby into and out of the carrier when asleep. Even my fiancé is super happy with it. I would definitely recommend getting the teething band as bubs loves to suck on the head rest when facing forward.

Best baby carrier – I love this baby carrier. It's simply the best in terms of simplicity, comfort and practicality. I had been given a cheap carrier from target which was awful and difficult to use. Then I had the hugabub which I did like, but it takes a while to get the hang of and I never quite felt that my newborn was secure. The baby Bjorn is so easy to put on… Read more

and bubs is nice and comfy too. He has a good look around then falls asleep within minutes every time! It's a pricey choice, but as with all baby Bjorn products- worth the money as it's well designed and built to last. I cant recommend it highly enough!

Love this carrier! So easy compared to others! – I love this carrier. We spent months making a decision on a baby carrier and couldn’t decide until we came across this one. Easy to put baby in on your own and easy to adjust settings as baby grows. On a side note, our baby hated facing in to our chest so we didn’t use it much in the first few months but now she is bigger and facing outwards… Read more

Super pleased and baby will happily stay in it for hours – Originally had the Baby Bjorn ‘original’ which baby liked, but we were worried about hip displasia. The ‘one’ carrier has the health org approval and also has the hip strap for added comfort. Our little one is happy to sit in it for hours on walks and outings. This model doesn’t come with the storage bag, which only comes with the one outdoors. Probably would have step up to the one outdoors if I were to buy again.

A total necessity for fussy babies – Both my partner and I love this! It is SOOO easy to use (no guessing, and fits very quickly) and I couldn't get anything done with my sons if I didn't have the Baby Carrier One - it has lasted through all 3 babies and still going strong! This basically saved my life – I basically lived with this attached to me for my daughters first year. Its a no braine!. The baby is wrapped up and close and comfortable. We would use a ocean noise app on my phone in the pocket of the baby bjorn and its the only way she would sleep! I cant tell you how much i love this.

Love this carrier! – This carrier has made carrying an everyday occurrence for us! So easy to put on and adjust, and one of the most comfortable carriers I've used! Super easy to use. Looks fantastic too! – The BabyBjorn One is super easy to put on. I bought the Manduca first, but found it hard to put my baby into it. So I returned it and bought the BB One. The best thing is it is super easy to put on, and that is important when the baby is not settle. I bought the 2017 Spring collection, which makes it even better because it looks fantastic!

Comfortable & easy to use – First time using the baby bjorn one carrier and find it very comfortable for both myself & son. It's also easy to put on by yourself without needing help. I love how it has 2 options on how your child's legs can be and also different positions to carry in. Straps are easily adjustable without having to adjust before putting the carrier on. Very lightweight material and colour is great

Comfortable and an absolute necessity – The one carrier is easy to use especially when trying to put on yourself. It all connects at the front so you can see what you are doing. Comfortable waist belt which supports waist. Can carry baby for a good while and not feel any strain. It also doesn't need any extra inserts which means less complicated. You get baby set up much quicker

Cannot live without! – This carrier was a baby shower present and it has been super handy for both on the go and at home. At the moment, our little one doesn't stay asleep for anymore than 30 mins during the day, so it's become useful for around the house - means I can get on with my day and that baby gets their needed rest! it's great for settling our little one.

It's very light and made of breathable fabric, so comfy for both baby and you. The waist band also supports your back, which takes a lot of pressure off of your shoulders (unlike other carriers). All straps are easily adjustable, which is important for someone of my size - there's no limit on how tight you want to pull the straps.

Highly recommend for any expecting parent!

Quick Easy Comfortable Practical! – I've been using BabyBjorn products since 2000 and can't fault them as a brand. I've used them with all my kids and passed them on to relatives too. This last year I used the One carrier and can highly recommend it because it's so easy to put on and off and comfortable and I always feel my child is safe in it. It's sturdy, especially as they get heavier. Awesome products!
