Ergoflex Tundra Mattress Protector Queen

Easy to wash and great protector – I bought one of these to see if I liked it, and after 2 weeks bought a second one for the spare room. It fits my mattress really well (it has quite high walls, so it's great that it fits), and is super easy to get on and off. It's basically a waterproof fitted sheet. I live in a hot climate, so I also appreciate that it keeps the bed nice and cool. Can confirm that it does a great job of protecting the mattress from fake tan, and it washes so well!

Great mattresses! Disappointing mattress protector! – I love my Ergoflex mattress, so much so that i bought a 2nd one for the spare room. However, these mattresses are seriously heavy. It is far too difficult (and impossible for one person) to unzip the cover for a wash. Hence the need for a mattress protector. The Ergoflex tundra protector has supposedly been specifically designed for the mattress. I paid $128 (on special). I could not recommend it and wish I could return it. It is very cold to sleep on in winter. It wrinkles and does not fit the mattress snugly. It causes the sheets to scrunch up. It does not have a plush feel and is not pleasant to lie on. It makes the mattress feel hard. What I would like is a mattress protector (doesn't have to be waterproof) made from the same plush bamboo cover that is on the mattress. It is really soft and comfortable to lie on. Something that is easy to slip on and off for laundering. If Ergoflex comes up with this I would be happy to trial it.
