Unfortunately it is very uncomfortable, has pretty bad lumbar support where the plastic part digs into your back, and for me it has already started tearing at the lumbar part as well after only 4 months of using it. Feels quite stiff and also quite plasticky, so much so that some parts of the chair are quite sharp and you could easily cut yourself on it. Show details
I would love to have been giving a review of the chair... unfortunately, one month after my order was placed on January 19, I have still not received it. meant that my order did not go through... even though payment was processed in January when the order was placed. The following day an update was made to the tracking system to say that the courier company was awaiting details. As of today, the tracking has had no further updates. I emailed another enquiry on February 16 and received an automated response that the office was closed for Lunar New Year until 22 February.
Vesby had a fault in gas lift which resulted in damage to my floor (product is in warranty). This was over 6 months ago. I'm still in an on-going dispute with Ergotune for compensation regarding the damage to my floor. Would not recommend.
Follow-up · Chair better to be assembled with two people. Customer support was quite slow to respond. Chair is okay. Would not recommend.

vessel got delayed. Tracked myself the vessel with the voyage advise and surprise, it was in Melbourne as planned. When I asked for a follow up they just kept saying they were checking.
We ordered two chairs, one for my husband, one for myself. We opened mine and after testing my husband directly said it was not going to work for him. We directly contacted Ergotune and asked for a return and refund. It has been 3 weeks and nobody has picked up the package. Again, they just keep saying sorry we are checking!
Ohh and the best of this? They make you pay a high price for the return! no matter how unsatisfied you are, how delayed they were and keep being.
Think twice, there are definitively other options without the hassle and disappointment.
