Esatto EDW6W Questions & Answers
VerifiedHello, My friend has a Esatto dishwasher that has worked fine for some time but now leaks water, I have removed the base cover and started the machine to see were the leak is. and noticed it was coming under the door seal at the bottom. I cleaned there filters and tilted the machine back to pool water towards the back of the machine but it still leaks from the door. all the seals look ok , the machine is only about a year old. do you have any further suggestions.
Hi i have just installed Esatto dishwasher and it isn't cleaning or drying and the tablet isn't dissolving. Can you please assist.

I am finding that when the dishwasher is not in use it will sometimes have water coming into the bottom of the machine. Sometimes not much and other times quite a bit.

The dishwasher won't work. Normal light is flashing and beeping. I looked in manual. It only gives answer for rapid or heavy light. Any ideas
Dear Lauren F.
Is it making any noise when it tries to pump water through? or is there a lot of water at the bottom?

Hi, I have an Esatto front loader washing machine. It has been working fine, now there is no power. Changed power outlets, but still nothing. help :)
Why won't the dishwasher turn off and won't stop draining. You turn it off at the wall. Soon as you turn it back on it starts draining even if the door is open
Brand new Esatto dishwasher. First cycle. Machine starts beeping and I have water coming out from underneath and floods the kitchen.
Hi Kylee, that sounds like the base might be damaged or cracked. I would check that its not leaking at the hose connections at the rear and then give their after sales service team a call. They are really helpful in our experience.
I only bought it yesterday. Tried to call them but they aren’t open on the weekend
Just moved in to a house with an EDW6W esatto dishwasher. Tried using it for the first time and it does not seem to start a cycle. Whichever cycle I choose, the light flashes, it starts up buy draining any excess water in the base, then you hear the water come in then thats it. So the dishwasher is draining, there is water coming in but it does not start the cleaning cycle. The rapid light has flashed. I have checked both spray arms and the are free of any gunk. Any suggestions?
Hi Edith, I would definitely check the bottom filter and even remove the drain hose to check it is not an issue with install. If you would like more troubleshooting tips or want to start a warranty request please call our service team on 1300 114 357. -Esatto Care Team
I have taken a photo of the plate on the back of my esatto 8 kilo washing machine, can clearly see the model number but cannot find the serial number. Is this one of the two barcodes on this plate?
Hi Jan, The serial number is usually the barcode closest to the model number. If you cannot find it feel free to contact our support team on 1300 114 357. They would be happy to help you out further. -Esatto Care Team
Hi, my esatto dishwasher is giving an e4 error and has been showing signs of water leakage coming from under the dishwasher
Hi Iain, Thanks for reaching out to us. The E4 error code usually means a blockage in your dishwasher. I recommend checking the filter and spray arms for food blockages. If nothing is found there we suggest pulling the dishwasher out slightly and tiling it back on a 45 degree angle just for a few seconds. This will often clear any food blockages that may have made it past the filters. If the dishwasher is still showing the error code please reach out to us on 1300 114 357 to start a service request. -Esattto Care Team
My essato dishwasher is only a few Months old the glasses light flashes and it won’t start washing any ideas? It also randomly flashes at other times the one under the eco program and next to the 90 minute program. Please help
Hi Kelly, sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue. We can work with you to resolve this though. Your description is the indication for an E4 error which relates to the dishwasher detecting a water leak. Sometimes this can be the hose is not connected to the water tap properly, or the door seals are blocked and not closing properly, etc. Alternatively it can also be an internal fault where the dishwasher is falsely detecting a leak- although this is very rare, it can happen unfortunately. I'd suggest checking your connections, turning the unit on and off at the power point and ensuring the door is sealing properly. If none of this fixing the error message, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll organise a service technician to fix or replace your dishwasher. Apologies again for this experience, but we'll get this fixed for you. The EDW6W is quite an old model, so given your dishwasher is only a few months old, it may be a different model code to this. Thanks.

This sounds like an error code type thing? Perhaps worth checking that the filter isn't blocked or some broken glass trapped? Otherwise i'd just call the Esatto after sales service team- they were awesome for us when we needed assistance.

Hi Matt. Sorry to hear of your issue. The flashing lights indicate an error of some form. These can be troubleshooted quite easily. I suggest getting in contact with our After Sales service team on 1300 11 4357 or via email at support@residentiagroup.com.au. One quick common issue is that the tap connecting the dishwasher has been turned off, which can cause the dishwasher to error during the start of the cycle. Another common one is a blocked drainage pipe. I'm sure we can get this resolved for you though.
I have a white 60cm benchtop. It's been working fine until yesterday. It's stuck on the little glass cycle and beeps constantly unless I turn it off at the wall. I can even have the door wide open. I think it's constantly trying to pump water, with no more water in there...any ideas please?
I have what I think is exactly the same problem with mine, did you find a solution? The rinse aid light is on, it beeps, the little glass light is flashing and it seems to be trying to pump water under the filter.
I have an Esatto benchtop dishwasher that is aprox 7 months old...when running the 90 min or heavy pot wash it cuts out 30 mins into cycle and when it xomes vack on after 10 mins I have to start a new cycle????
My 6 months old dishwasher has broken down with 30mm of water still inside and display lights are flashing
Hi Colin, sorry to hear of your issue. We have only recently joined ProductReview, so apologies for taking 11 months to respond to this query! Hopefully you've resolved this issue now, however it sounds as though your dishwasher has experienced an error. This most likely related to a blockage or drainage issue from your description. If you are continuing to experience this or any other issue in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team on 1300 11 4357 or via email support@residentiagroup.com.au. Thanks.
