alternate trading names they may be using, likely as a way to distance themselves from previous bad reviews. They say turn key but will cry poor near the end of the build and won’t do the fence or landscaping.

Dream Renovation – Escape homes completed a large renovation (over 200k) on our home in Northern NSW. Being an old home we expected some issues, but the build could not have gone smoother. weren't level, with grout lines ranging from 5mm in size down to basically nothing in one bathroom, wall tiles that aren't straight and corners on floor tiles sharp enough to cut toes. Turf that was supposed to be A Grade that was laid on dirt that wasn't top soiled and just put on bitumen. More weeds than actual grass blades. A front door that is not painted properly and loose hardware. After all of this we decided to look thoroughly through our paperwork again and discovered an important part of our paperwork filled out wrong. Notified them of this months ago and still haven't received a response as to what happened and how we fix it. Emails go unanswered and staff are extremely rude when called. Honestly too many issues to list them all, but had I have seen a review like this prior to our build we would have definately gone elsewhere. Avoid if at all possible.

Left us with unresolved water loss – Working with Escape Homes and Development has been quite disappointing.Although they tried to build our house ( completed November 2017) on time. February 23rd 2019 Update: Post Construction Water Loss resolved Amicably.

I am happy to state that following the review of 24th September,2018 on the 612,000 litres of water loss after construction.
