Would have given 5 stars but I had to do my own research to get the correct settings on my iPhone to make the sim work. Their instructions only got me half way. Which doing so crouched on the floor of a foreign airport can be quite stressful. I also pre prepared a copy of the QR code on my iPad so I could scan it straight away from my phone. Do this if you don't know how to scan QR codes on your phone's email. Once working it was perfect and I had good coverage in Japan. I also didn't use half as much data as I thought I would so I think they are safe on that front. All in all a good experience once I set up my phone correctly. *Travellers tip turn off your home SIM card before you land. My provider automatically signed me up for roaming without my permission whilst I was setting up this new e-sim. Could cost you a lot if you receive a lot of text messages on arrival.
