there was a long pause between them answering me. They said at times they were contacting the provider directly. The sim card then didn't work when I was in Alaska (Juneau and Skagway). More time of my holiday wasted on trying to get the product they sell to work. I contacted them on Messenger again when I was able to access free Wi-Fi. They couldn't tell me how to get the sim card to work, they told me to call or visit the provider directly, the provider didn't have a store where I was and I couldn't call them because the sim card didn't work. They didn't contact the provider for me like they did in Vancouver. So many hours of my holiday was wasted trying to get the product they sell to work and they only refunded half the cost of the sim card which was $75.65 as they said it did finally work in Vancouver but not in Alaska. They refused to take into consideration the hours that was wasted of my holiday trying to get the product they sell to work. They said it wasn't their fault and blamed my phone and the provider even though this is a product they sell. I have travelled many times overseas and have never had an issue with any other sim card I have purchased from other companies which have worked immediately upon entering the country that I was visiting.

phone settings was idiot proof. Wife travelled though several European countries and the TravelKon product worked flawlessly. Our local physical SIM cards are with Boost, so no need to use their overpriced roaming service and just used TravelKon and Boost's WiFi Calling and messaging.

Only criticism I have was that to check data useage with this particular e-sim card was either through the phones settings or by going onto TravelKon Chat (Whatsapp I think it used) or email and asking. Also, the TravelKon data only e-sim can't be recharged - once its data is all used (or the plan expires) you'll need to buy another e-sim. When the data runs out though is doesn't stop, it slows to a crawl so messaging would still be possible before it expires.

Another positive was I used their customer service chat system to ask a few questions I didn't see the answers to on the web site and their chat service was quick and easy to use and all my questions were answered. Recommended TravelKon to a couple of friends also headed over to Europe and they were also really happy with its ease of use and performance. I'll use it again for sure.

TravelKon customer services centre. Luckily TravelKon provides a WhatsApp link to their support team. I sent a WhatsApp message to them and asked for help. I received their response in no time. They provided clear and straightforward instructions to clarify my problem and then the fixes. The instructions were simple to follow and effective. I was able to correct the registration then eSIM settings quickly for all the eSIMs in 1 go. They were all working very well from there after. No problems. I found the TravelKon Support Team was very easy to communicate to, very friendly and effective in helping me and solving my problems. service by WhatsApp and they were quite rude. They told me I should have read the disclaimer. I said nobody reads that and only dishonest companies use it for the fine print. They were rude and kept 10%. I can imagine sure all these good reviews are paid. You can buy them for bulk on internet. Use other e sims. This company fine printf and then give you a lecture that you should read the disclaimer.

They sell esims claiming to be 100gb for USA but they stop at 12gb claiming that is the roaming limit. Very unethical business. And their esims do not work good either and work through VPNs that will not work on many websites. Show details

Spoke with to Travelkon twice before we planned our purchase, they are very user friendly with guides and easy to reach support should you need assistance.
