I would give 5stars but when I inserted SIM I was in remote area and had no connection for 2 days. Once I had WiFi I contacted Customer Service (Alvin) by email. With a few emails back and forth for information, I had connection. Service definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The previous month, I used a SIM of same type which I activated in UK then used for 30 days in France and Italy, and it worked seamlessly.
