Espresso Fix

Unbelievable terrible communication, timeline, service, and prices. Paid almost $800 and just got my machine back not working properly. Do not do business with them. Sucks
Don’t waste your money! – I wish I had seen these reviews before going there. Took a Breville Barista express machine in. The problem was it had no pressure, which was explained when dropped off. $190 and two weeks later, they hadn’t fixed it at all. Now the search begins to find somewhere that will actually fix it.
Terrible service and didn't do their job! – We went back and back many time to Espresso Fix for the same issues that were never fixed by them. This went on for many years as we told by Breville this was the only agent we were to use. In the end I googled and found another service agent, which didn't charge a cent to diagnose the problems, and then totally fixed our machine so it now gives… Read more
consistent great coffees :) Espresso Fix in Balwyn Rd Balwyn North are dodgy as, and even the machine was dinted upon pick up!! A Breville employee, called Lynne, who always answered to phone, insisted we went to Espresso Fix and she would not ever believe me that they never properly fixed our machine!! How many others have given up with their beautiful Breville Oracle coffee machines all because of wrong referral from Breville to Espresso Fix. I wonder?!
Unprofessional – I took my Saeko Xelsis to Espresso fix for repair, after three months i get an email to say my machine was ready to pickup.Took it home and it had the same problem as before($220 cost and still not working.) Rang them straight back and they tried to get me to do things over phone still no go.Took machine back and 2 weeks later receive a phone call… Read more
to say it could be a solenoid $700 or it could be a Computer board $700.Told the caller that i have already paid $220 and nothing is fixed, he said sorry he did not realise that the machine was a second time in and would ring me back after he had read the history.Did not get that phone call, only an email to say come and pick it up.Assuming it had been fixed i went to pick it up and the receptionist was busy with another client and asked me to wait, after about 1/2 hour she asked me my name and said my machine was on the shelf and i could take it and continued with the other client. After putting the machine in my car i went back and asked for a report about what they had fixed. To my amazement she looked on her computer and replied that nothing had been done to repair my machine because i did not approve the $1400 quoted, i stated i did not get the follow up call to assess the history. I have since taken my machine to Eastlink Espresso Repairs in Wantirna and it took them 2 weeks to repair at a cost of $290.They gave me great customer service and i would recommend them to my friends.
Very good service and affordable – Took my breville for a leaking problem was fixed in 10 days brought it home and working like brand new thanx guys will recommend any one with issues to their machine
totally unsatisfactory – We purchased a new nachine from espressofix. Their Recent repair cost almost $300 and failed after 2 weeks. It has been back with espressifix for over a week and they refuse to give us a pick-up date saying it is "on the bench". Totally unsatisfactory
Shonky! – yearly service costs as much as a car! Whether we actually received our own coffee machine back was questionable as it was returned with dints and a scratched up tray. Trays, I was told, are all placed on the repair table with others and may get mixed up. We were offered a new tray ... that was a year ago! Still waiting. Don’t recommend!
Excellent – Frederick did a few adjustments and now my coffee maker is making espresso coffee. No charge. Great service!
Good, but pricey! – I took my 2 year old Expobar Office to Esspresso Fix for what I thought was a routine service. The $55 deposit to have it assessed was a surprise, but I can understand why they wanted to do this. When my machine came up in their repair queue, they sent their quote, which at $300 seemed high. So I checked with the store I purchased the machine… Read more
from, who confirmed that it was high, but that it was difficult to tell what parts were needed etc etc. With $55 already sunk, I gave Espresso Fix the go-ahead and the machine was available for pick up within 24 hours. On picking the machine up, the excellent customer service guy explained fully what work had been done, re-assessed the cost and presented me with a bag of excellent coffee. So what started as a slightly apprehensive transaction was converted to a positive experience. Once you understand their system, this business know what they’re doing and deliver a quality servicing product. I would recommend them and use them again.
Great service – My Bezzera Strega espresso machine needed a service and some parts replacement. Espresso Fix did the job is a timely and efficient manner. They were very helpful about some parts that needed replacement which saved me $$$. I will use them again for the next scheduled service very happy with service
Gods of the Coffee World – This is a fantastic business - would recommend it to all. They really know their stuff and they are friendly and punctual. We travel 1.5hrs to drop off our machine - but it is worth it !!!
Graet service – The staff very friendly & knowledgeable and has great coffee blends,There is a great service option available too, they take care of everything. Your one stop coffee shop.
Great service and really good coffee – I absolutely adore the services provided. The service team are incredibly quick in their responses when there are any issues, the coffee equipment is very easy to use and the beans always fresh, well maintained on a regular basis and allows for a simple fuss free service. I would recommend this company to anyone, which I already do.

Don't bother trying to get your iron fixed here – Was sent here by Philips to have a steam station iron assessed for repairs. Was met with a very sarcastic 'an iron, the technicians luuuvvvv irons" immediately followed with the parts are really expensive and it is almost always no more expensive to buy a new one. I asked if I could get an indication then as to what I might be looking at and… Read more
explained the problem and after some more messing around she went off and came back and just said no idea, it could be lots of things. I was left feeling that I didn't want to pay to have it assessed as it seemed they wouldn't really bother trying to fix it anyway. Really poor - Philips needs to do better.
Not Happy - Expensive Repairs and Poor Service – I took my Saeco coffee machine for repairs in October 2016 due to a water leak. I was told that a quote would be $55 (most other places don't charge for a quote) which will be deducted off the repair if I went ahead. I found this a bit of a trap as I am unlikely to take my machine elsewhere when I have already paid $55. The machine was returned… Read more
to me after about a week at a total cost of $170. About 6 months later the machine started leaking water again. I rang them and objected to having to pay $55 for a quote and was told that they would look at the machine free of charge. After a 2 minute visual inspection I was told that it would cost another $200 for machine to be fixed as one of the screws had come off. I objected to this and the man was totally uncaring and suggested I take the machine somewhere else. I had the machine repaired at another service centre for $80 and was advised that the problem was likely to have been caused during the previous repair when a screw had been over tightened.
Never going back to Espresso Fix again as they are expensive and the people at the counter are rude and lack customer service.
