looked a little out of its usual position, relative to other watches I have. It should be a simple manufacturing issue that could have been simply avoided. I am very disappointed. How should I use the warranty then?

So so quality but expensive – Bought last year down feather jacket and washed this year as I wear it very hardly and once finished drying, feather doesn't split properly as it used to be. What to do/ how can I work it out???

the purse shelf built along the front of their counter shows good design and consideration for their customer.

I've only just discovered them for myself recently because I'd always written them off because their sizing seemed so tiny. However, don't be fooled by the labels because I'm usually a size 14 but at Esprit I fit size 10 pants and shorts. if I see something I like I always try it even if it seems they don't have my size.

Their loyalty card gives good discounts and access to good sales as well.

Good quality clothing – Good quality casual wear. Fit is good and cuts smart. I'm happy with the quality- doesn't wear off like some other brands in similar price bracket. The staff is friendly and helpful and not pushy or arrogant. Always had a good experience.

Good quality with smart design, hard to find your size in outlet store – I usually go to outlet store and always Esprit has a new design to surprise me. I like the tops that I bought with a good price. Sometimes it's difficult to find a right size but it's not a big problem.

Love the clothes and service – I have been buying a lot of Esprit clothing as they usually fit me well and the quality is not too bad. Recently I have started to buy online and am quite satisfied with the quick delivery and free shipping if spending at least $50. Excellent Customer service! Love their sales – Since recent I started shopping at Espit Marion in SA. I love their clothes they are so smart and I can actually relate to their styles and designs. brighten up any rooms and lift your mood! I just hope Australia could bring in more Esprit homeware to the local stores so I don't have to look for/ buy them from overseas. The choices here are so limited. Quality, material, designs, colours, fit , and many more Hard to find Esprit homeware. Many Esprit lines are not available in Australia.

OK – good quality casual wear. I bought a top the other day from an Esprit shop and got it ast a very good price. The full price is a little over my budget, but at the end of season sale you can pick up a good quality for a very reasonable price. Quality, Expensive

already have kids, I love buying them items from Esprit kids. The line of clothes for kids are so adorable. I believe that Esprit is a good quality brand that can compete with other expensive and even signature brands. I still buy Esprit clothes, jackets and bags for myself until now. Good quality, beautiful clothes, fashionable A bit expensive but I think it is worth it.

Bad – Sometimes the only sizes available are small, and extra small, which is of no help to me. It would be nice if they had a bit of sizing for the average sized woman, so that more women could wear the clothes. They are pricey, but I think the quality is pretty good. selection of handbags too. I have bought some Esprit shoes which look great and havent worn out after many years, so they are good value. They are expensive, so I usually shop at the outlets, but even there, its a bit expensive.

find great dresses and skirts. They also have great stuff for men (I have bought stuff for my husband, brothers and father-in-law) and kids. Great quality clothing for women, men and kids can be expensive (I only shop at the outlet stores)

the staff have been helpful and approach you readily to see if you need any help. I love Esprit stores and clothing. A fantastic store with quality casual clothes. Some of the items are quite expensive.

just not for me really. good quality items, sometimes good sales, big open stores, nice childrens clothing can be really expensive for something so casual, i am not attracted to the style of clothing, to generic and not very exciting.

Excellent – I LOVE Esprit and it is definitely my favourite clothing store. The store itself is easy to navigate and has an airy feel. The clothing is bright, well made and flattering. Excellent – Esprit Clothing is sophisticated, elegant and stylish. I have been buying Esprit for years and will continue to buy and wear ESPRIT. The clothing lasts and does not look dated. I Love ESPRIT! Can be a little costly for some items.
