Very good products and fast customer service. Bought an iPad case which is a great design and has lasted years. Bought an iPhone 17 case on which rubber later broke around the charging port. Put in a warranty claim and was offered complete refund or a replacement original or upgraded cyber tough case.
New iPhone17 Pro and spent ages look for a simple case yet one that is robust and like my old one. ESR case and screen protector has already saved my new phone from a handful of drops, the screen protector has a slight crack after 1 drop, I would expect it to be bit better but glad its that protector not the screen. Larger phone than my IP12 so I… Read more
did not want a bulky case, any fancy kickstand so with with their Classic Hybrid Case. Fits perfect, camera control works and great colour to match the phone. Search on Amazon for this, you can save some $ maybe.

I recently purchased the iPhone 17 Pro Max Cyber Tough Magnetic Case (Orange), and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The customer service was truly top-notch — very understanding, patient, and genuinely willing to help resolve my issue, even though it wasn’t an easy one. That level of support really stood out and made… Read more
the whole experience stress-free.
As for the case itself, the ESR cover is excellent quality. It feels solid and well-made, offers strong protection, and includes all the safety features you’d expect. The magnetic hold is strong, the fit is perfect, and the orange colour looks great in person.
Overall, this has been a very positive experience from start to finish. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely purchase again. Highly recommended!
Service is horrible and I regret buying from them. I can't even have a timely update on an order I paid for almost a month now. I have been chasing you for almost every day and I'm tired. I'll have to take this with the Department of Trade and Industry as well as sue you for violating Republic Act 7394.
PATHETIC COMPANY - DON'T BUY – Bought Ipad Air 13" Bundle case which includes keyboard , screen protector and pen. After a month and multiple follow up have only received screen protector and pen. Keyboard is still missing. Dropping them emails and asking for help resulting in no response.
Poor product quality and do no honour the warranty – Do not buy ESR cases! I used this for 6 months and the stand came off the case showing the glue underneath! Supposedly 12 months warranty covered for quality issue but ESR claimed it is wear and tear and no warranty!
ESR Magnetic Keyboard Case for iPad 11 – Purchased the ESR Magnetic Keyboard Case, iPad Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 11/Air 5/4 in Aug 2023 for $170AUS as I couldn't justify paying ~$500 for the Apple Magic keyboard on top of the ipad and pen. Pros - I've been so impressed by this keyboard. It comes with an iPad case that is magnetic so you don't have to snap the iPad onto the keyboard… Read more
each time, and you can change its orientation so easily or grab it to go on its own. I alternate between typing notes and then handwriting to annotate images/diagrams and I can seamlessly transition between doing this. I would highly recommend this for any student who is studying something where annotating diagrams is needed (medicine, radiography, physics.....). I have used the case for 8 months on an almost daily basis and have only had to charge it once -the battery life is seriously good. It uses the same charger as the iPad too which means you only have to carry the one around. It also has a little wrap-around magnetic strap that secures the apple pen in place and this flips out of the way when the keyboard is in use.
Main differences between ESR Keyboard & Apple Magic - the only 2 main differences I can see are that the Apple case connects via a port and automatically charges the iPad. The ESR keyboard connects via Bluetooth and doesn't charge the iPad (which is probably why it's battery life is so good). The Bluetooth connection has always been seamless and has never disconnected for me.
Cons - My only main con with this case is that the keyboard part is not very heavy, so if you tile the ipad back too far, sit it up too high or tap the touchscreen with a little too much force, it tilts over. The Apple keyboard does this as well. The upside to this is that it does keep the overall weight of it down, so it's very light to carry around.
Dealing with ESR - I purchased mine from the ESR Amazon store and they were great to deal with. I initially ordered the wrong keyboard. I contacted them and they replied really fast with instructions on how to file a return through amazon and send it back (with the return label supplied) and the refund came through really quickly. I've bought other products from their store and have never had any issues.
Overall - I would 100% recommend purchasing this over the Apple iPad. It is such a huge cost saving and functions almost identically to the Apple Magic keyboard.
ESR Armor Tough Case with Stash Stand for iPhone – No issues with ordering or shipping. Initially I didn’t know how to open the case and the QR was obscured so not the best start. The case itself is neat and light weight. It’s a bit bigger around the edges than what I’m used to but I needed a heavy duty case so I’m comfortable with that. My bisect concern before ordering was the screen response… Read more
quality, sadly it’s definitely an issue. Often I need to be a lot more firmer! The send bubble in messages for example, as it close to the edge I need to try 2 or 3 times and super firm for it to trigger the screen.
Avoid at all cost – They take forever to ship ( not 1 to 3 days mentioned in the website). Customer service is slow to respond. The website doesn't mention it but they area Chinese warehouse.i am waiting for my order for 2 weeks now. Eventually raised a PayPal dispute. Show details
