I came across Estee Lauder’s Youth Dew when I was 20yrs old and have used it every day since. 52yrs have passed and still my one and only favourite perfume. Always a welcome gift from family and friends.
Bring back estee lauder Modern Muse Le Rouge perfume. This became scarce for about 20 years . Now its easier to access . Unfortunately this scent steals the show from my "natural beauty" when I step out my door. Just exactly how I remember it in 2006, absolutely no change, this will have people sniffing you like dogs on a beef treat. Cinnabar is back as my old/new scent. Merci Beaucoup Madame Estee.

WORST customer service EVER – I have never seen a customer service person so impolite. She even ended the conversation suddenly without answering my questions. I was shocked! Given that we paid that much money for their products, this is not the kind of service we deserve.

going in to the EL counters at Myer, however I've found their online service doesn't live up to the expectation the brand has set in every other area. On two occasions now I've ordered online and had an item missing from my order. There was no mention of the missing item in the parcel, the first time I assumed it must be on backorder and waited a couple of weeks before contacting them, only to be told that the item was out of stock and they would process a refund for me. I'm just a little concerned that had I not chased it up, they may not have even put through a refund. The second time it happened I emailed straight away and was told the same thing again and had the refund processed. Which is all well and good, however I feel like the refund should be processed at the time the order is processed, as soon as they realise the item is unable to be supplied, not weeks later when they've been chased up for it. The online store is very convenient for re ordering your regular items, but wanted to make people aware that you should double check your orders and be sure to follow up if anything is missing.
Holy Grail of all foundations worth the $$$ – My holy grail foundation... It is the only foundation that truly matches my pale skin & pairs really well with the double wear powder. Only downside is the price.. but I can sweat, eat, work, nap in this foundation with minimal powder product top up needed on top. fine, just wears down a little after quite a while but it honestly hardly needs touch ups as both products create the perfect base. There’s a reason this is a top selling foundation. Also doesn’t cause any breakouts which unfortunately most drugstore foundations do! A bottle lasts me 3-4 weeks lol... I love a full coverage.. no concealer needed with this & I have some faded/active acne scarring to cover.
Try it you will be hooked. I use the Australis original primer & Gerard cosmetics slay all day setting spray underneath & it works really well, then any other powder products & set with Mac fix plus which all help this amazing foundation which I’ve worn for probably up to 16 hours stay intact!

Back and forth. I asked for a refund for a DayWear Cream bought on line. Provided all relevant information including pictures of me with a terrible allergic reaction. Inept customer service and below average product full of chemicals. What happened with once reputable brand. did the online chat and there were lots of apologies but quoted the terms and conditions. Please beware, am told it is in their terms and conditions but am wondering how many people read terms and conditions. That was a lot of points to lose - am wondering if this is a deliberate ploy on their part, no humanity in customer service just about making profits for the shareholders.
3/4 full bottle – Love this as a product but have noticed less and less in my doublewear bottle infact I bought the wrong colour and mixed it with a lighter one I had and could fit the whole new bottle in the .25 full other one as luxury product at 79$ price point this bottle should be full !

Gift Pack missing – Been a regular buyer of this brand. There was an offer before Christmas of a gift set. I was excited to receive a bonus and it didn’t arrive with the cream I ordered. Revitalising supreme terribly damaged my skin – After starting to use the cream, pimples started to crop in my face. Usually I have pretty good skin, not too oily and get may be one or two pimples every 3 months. Now I am requiring prescription treatment for the pimples. Didnt have any trouble with their day wear cream in the past. Expected much better from a famous brand like this. Very disappointing
Double wear foundation – I have been using the double wear foundation for 20 years or more. It used to stay on all day. The last 2 bottles I've bought, it's worn off within 4 hours!! Why change a product that worked so well? It's nothing now, more like a cheap foundation from a grocery store, or the Reject Shop! I won't be buying it again, so disappointed.

Lauder this morning (07/06/2022) and at first they said it was for online only, when I pointed out that there was nothing saying it was online only, then their reply was that gift packs were gone on 30/05/2022. absolutely disgusted that they can acknowledge their product is faulty but then refuse to replace it. Barely any of the perfume had been used and it’s now useless as it leaks all over my bathroom cabinet and all over my hands if I try to use it. Irritating products and poor customer service – I bought estee lauder protectionist pro and I developed an allergy to it- dermatitis and swelling to my skin. Horrible experience online!!! – I ordered the Estee perfume and paid for the big red bag of Beauty Essentials. Firstly they charged me twice. Then they sent me two perfumes and no big red bag. I rang and they were no help at all. Just said I had to return the two perfumes, get a refund, and start my order all over again. Beware of the Estée Lauder website – I purchased a product on the Estée Lauder website and paid using my PayPal account. I received confirmation from PayPal for my order, but not from Estée Lauder (due to a glitch on their system). Well over a week later, I still have not received my product or a refund. This company does not respond to telephone calls or emails. BEWARE of ordering with them online.
The lip liner I will not buy again – Double Wear Stay-in-place Lip Pencil Good lip liner but impossible to sharpen a pencil which is encased in hard plastic. I have wasted a good third of the very expensive pencil, to get a passible point. I'm teaching art, so I know how to sharpen pencils. I wish that Estee Lauder will bring back the refillable lip liner pencils.
Best cream lve tried for 50 plus yr old skin – Revitalising supreme + is amazing , only need a small amount , lve noticed my neck and face are much smoother and softer looking , love this cream only thing is l find it really expensive but lasts for ages

Not worth the money – I bought the re-nutriv intensive smoothing hand creme for a very expensive $100 and found that it wasn’t as fantastically intensive as some others and so not worth what I paid. I’ve had the new demension smooth and tone creme before and found that better and for a much less price and should have stuck to that one! just disappointed as I expected better!
