Aesthetically pleasing but not practical. Arrived damaged - poor customer service – Purchase with caution Purchased 2 x Là Arch Sun Beds in Fawn and 1 x la arch table during the 2023 Black Friday sales. Items were for purchase brand new pool area, so was devastated to see they had arrived damaged due to being packed in flimsy boxes and wrapped in ripped rags. There was no proper padding within the boxes so they were moving around during transit.

Paint scratched on the arm of one of the beds and legs were bent and I was told to fix them myself.

The company advised that my items were damaged due to ‘living so far away in SA’…

I was told that I could not have an exchange or any further discount as I ‘got them on sale already’. After some back and forth they agreed to give me another $280 back.

All I wanted was the product as pictured, that was sold to me online. But estilio were not willing to replace the items.

I had waited months as they were preorder and sending them back wasn’t an option as we were holding an event the following week.

Extremely poor and ‘you get what you get’ attitude from customer service, the product itself if poor quality and the covers cannot be taken off. They mark very easily even if just wearing sun cream:

The table falls over as it’s not built to be used as a table more so a decoration piece.

The reason why I am writing this review so late is because it still eats me up inside and everyone keeps telling me the legs are wonky…

Apparently they are a small business so it’s ok for me to spend thousands of dollars for shoddy product.

Save your money don’t get sucked in by instagram and go through a reputable furniture company who will provide remedies that will leave you happy not sad like me.
