This is such an underrated company and product line. I wish more people knew about NMN and how much it can change your life. Since learning about it, I've tried 3 different Aussie companies. thank god I discovered Eternum as I have been a regular for the last 4 months and their NMN is absolutely phenomenal. I strongly support these guys and rate them extremely high when it comes to quality and service.
I was only sent two bottles instead of the three I paid for. I have emailed them at least three times and sent a message on socials. I have not received a reply to date. I won’t be purchasing again from them, very disappointing to have not received a reply from them.
I've been taking NMN Ultra for the last 8 months and have been experiencing incredible results.
There is no published means of contacting these people. What hope would I have if there was a problem with the product. When I tried to place an order of approx. $200, the checkout would not accept the discount code (for orders > $100). Refer attached.
I love Eternum Labs and have been using their products for a couple of years now. I have liver issues and am taking Tudka and Bile Salts and NAC which I have found to be a great improvement on my liver health. Just recently I started taking NMN and have just started taking NAD. I am so looking forward to what my health will be in the days ahead. I’m very thankful that I have found this company and I really believe in their products.

Their NMN Ultra is seriously top notch. I've tried 3 other companies, 2 on Amazon who 'claim' to have pure products and one very well known Aussie brand but this brand I have felt immediate and consistent change from. I will not be purchasing anywhere else from now on and I highly recommend to anyone who takes NMN.

immediately after taking their supps! So far we are subscribed for the NMN & Resveratrol bundle but recently have tried this (a blend) and have added it to our morning stack. SO GOOD. We always get worried they will sell out quickly hence the subscription it's that good!!!

Very disappointing – ETERNUM LABS Don't trust them - had an issue with one of the products delivery, which resulted in requiring refund. TRIED a heaps of time to contact them about my refund they won't respond. Ive decided to pursue it via my solicitor. Don't Trust them.
Excellent NAC – This stuff is awesome. I read an article a few months ago on the cognitive benefits of NAC, so I ordered these. With every day use, the brain fog that I usually get during PMS has significantly decreased. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!
Highest quality NMN I've had – Have tried two well-known Aussie suppliers for NMN previously to Eternum Labs. Theirs is by far the most potent. I am feeling energised and revived after just 2+ weeks of use.

there was the Resveratrol. But that is an individual response and not the fault of the product or the company. Most don't give money back guarantees after you have opened the bottle to find it doesn't suit you.
Edit: NMN can be taken without the Resveratrol and you will still receive lots of benefits.
The only Australian supplier I trust – Have ordered NMN and Resveratrol several times and never had any issues. Products are TGA approved and certified with ARTG number on label
unverified products – Product does not appear to be legit. no ingredients, no expiration date, no packing address, no ARTG number and a barcode that isn't recognised. Comparing this to a standard Vitamin D3 container that is packed with a glass container and contains all of these thing REQUIRED as per TGA website. Proceed with caution, I do not recommend.
Totally unreliable products and company – on Dec 20 2021 I purchased two months Supply OF NMN and Reservatrol from Eternum for $197.97. they do not provide their telephone no, and asked if I can return products and get a refund
They did not bother to reply but keep sending me emails prompting my to buy their other products
Needless to say this is a totally unreliable company. If they don't provide any telephone nos to customers, and do not respond, this raise a question as to whether they are confident about their products with no customer support. Only interested in making more sales.
I would strongly advise ppl to stay away from this company
