No parts available – Thermostats stop working,I contacted support office for this mop spare parts and was told internal parts are not available and they don't know where I can get parts.My partner is appliances technician ,but he can't fix it NO PARTS!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Show details

Painful to use! – Its slow and painful to use. The maroon body sits too high so you cant go under some things and there's no gage on the body to tell you how empty or full it is. me. I told them that I was doing it right, so they sent me new pads. The new pads worked for a little while but started to fall off as well. Wed only used it a hand full of times because it was so annoying to use. After 11 months of trying to get it to clean our floors properly we found that the mop just wasn't cleaning the floor any better than our $16 oats manual sponge mop. We took it back to The Good Guys and they said it would need to be sent back to the company it came from for repair and if there was nothing wrong with it we couldn't get our money back. We only used it maybe 10 times. We paid $229! It came back and the company it came from claimed that there was nothing wrong. Such a waste of money.

assemble and use and handle seems sturdy -steam is a fantastic way to kill germs -comes with a carpet pad and carpet glider -comes with plastic measuring cup and funnel -has 4 steam nozzles at the front which can help to move difficult dirty areas Cons: -will probably take longer than regular mop and bucket -the 2 floor pads it comes with aren't sufficient for a big house (I had to order more) -filling the water tank can be a bit awkward, it would be more beneficial if the water tank were see through -can be tricky to replace the dirty pads with a clean one as steam can burn if you're not careful -may need to fill the water tank more than once to do your floors (manual says 20-25mins of use before refilling).

Love it wouldn’t be without it – I love my monster steam cleaner I have had it for 9 years now and it has never let me down. I do have to fill it twice as I have a lot of tiles including 2 bathrooms and laundry. My tiles aren’t super smooth but the monster cleans them all with little effort. recommend the monster steam cleaner. Mine has been discontinued but a blue one has replaced it which look the same. I’ll definitely buy another when mine dies.

Horrible customer service – This organization should not be allowed to even be in business. Their customer service is horrible to say the least. They offered no help to my situation unless you consider ignoring you help. I'd stay away from anything to do with euroflex just so you'll never have to come in contact with these people.

Regretful purchase! – A poor product - the pads come off easily, it's too bulky, the handle keeps coming loose and it was overpriced. It does dry quickly which is a plus, overall, I would not recommend it! I previously had a hoover steam mop which I liked and regret buying the Euroflex floor steamer! Show details

Like it, BUT....very disappointed – I do like my "Monster" steam mop as it doesn't need refilling to do quite a large area. Drys quickly. Would like longer length cord. come off. I have old ones and recent bought brand news pads. For the quite expensive price of the machine, I shouldn't have to buy and sew proper velcro on.

Very disappointed! – I purchased the Euroflex steam mop from Good Guys in Thomastown, Melbourne. The product worked well first time. We did not need to use it for few weeks the second time. the right amount of water for a Bamboo floor but it seems to get quite hot Burnt my finger. I was hoping it would be a great mop but not for me unfortunately. I will keep it for the bathroom good on the tiles. The electric cord needs to be longer and it does stand up by itself impressed with that.

Great easy to use steam mop – Bought this to do parquetry and tiled flooring. Performs well and makes life easy to remove marks and grime. The water tank holds enough water for most sized spaces. Love it. Tiles are so CLEAN! – I use just under 3 cups to fill tank which does all my tiles areas with enough for extra time over dirtier area or where theres high traffic. Floors have a nice clean matte finish (my tiles are not a modern flat glossy one though). I wash the pads after every few uses, depending on level of dirt. Just chuck them in a wash with other dusters, Norwex cloths etc. Cord length is sufficient for my 3 bedroom house, only change power points once. Show details ·  1

Cleaning pad rolling over – As you push forward the front of the pad rolls and makes it very heavy to move. Are there any solutions to this? We use a freshly washed pad and it still occurs. Other than this we are quite happy with our Monster. Show details

Perfect steam mop as it is real monster for cleaning excellent floors – It is excellent steam mop with 130 degree hot. This is my third steam mop. Last one was Vax. It is required to fill up water second time at time of moping because of large house. It take about 900 ml water for complete tile area at my place and just half an hour. mop pads once it is being used original which came with machine. It keeps floor dry very fast. I always empty water tank after each use. Then fill up 550 ml water instead of 600 ml as per manual. If you follow this method then no need to worry overpressure on tank or maintenance issues in the future. I am using this since 3 years.

Very frustrating – Most seem to love it but I find it frustrating.... every time EVERY TIME I mop the pads are constantly folding over on themselves and benching up which is such a headache and makes a heavy steamer even more difficult to use. Does anyone else have this issue or how to fix it. I don't know if it's because of the pads but my floors are still dirty after the mop. This was a very expensive lesson for me. Great little floor steamer – Cleans our floors beautifully. They are almost dry immediately so no streaks left behind. Does seem to run out of water fast but it could be that i go fairly slow over our tiled floor. We have a large area of tiles and am very happy with the results. I only give it 4 stars because it runs out of water before I have finished washing the floors otherwise I would rate it 5 stars. Great steam mob, best of all! – I have to refill the water tank once, first on one floor and send on the lower floor as we have a townhouse with tiles everywhere. The tiles are pretty dry afterwards and I use one pad for each floor, haven't replace the pads after 6+ months. I tried other steam mobs and none compare to EZ1, this is my second one!  Show details

Not what I expected!! Exploded – Great all round product have owned for 2 years. Was cleaning good at first. But trips out my power in the main of the house, and sparks in every PowerPoint I’ve used . Absolutely horrible and unsafe when you have toddlers and babies around the house. Should have bought this ages ago – Owned the steamer now for 8 weeks & use once a week on all my very large tiled areas, delighted with its efficiency & ease of use, so so much better than the mop & bucket method of cleaning. on the tiles, this put me off buying one. Read the reviews on the Monster and decided to try it out, with some reservation due to previous experience, result was 10/10, not convinced about the carpet stain attachment, nor the value of the steam boost feature. Wish I would have bought this one much earlier it is just so effective, love it.

I don't normally write reviews, but i feel compelled to write this review for the safety of others....At the one year mark, i went to switch it on so i could mop my bathroom, and it literally exploded on me. I always safely secure the nozzle after re-filling the tank and wait for it to heat up. The light turned green, but when it came time to start mopping, no steam was coming out. i tried a couple times to move the handle for the steam to come out... I thought it was very strange. After 15 seconds, it literally exploded in my bathroom. Steam was going everywhere. the nozzle flew off and hit my ceiling. i was lucky not to be hurt and there was no damages in my bathroom.

I called customer service and when i told the girl what happened and how surprised I was, she did not believe me. She went on to say, that if i was to be found at fault that I would have to pay for the inspection of the product, which I didn't mind. But I had also requested to speak to either her manager or the person in charge, as I was worried for the safety of others, in the event that this was to happen to someone else. I am still waiting for that phone call. I am not sure at what I am more amazed at, the fact that the product exploded, or the lack of courtesy to follow up on a customer that has just told the wholesaler that their product is extremely dangerous and their product could of hurt someone.

Love my steam mop – Most weeks I can mop my home on one tank, my floors dry very quickly, I can uselly mop my home only having to change the pads once, if the cord was a couple of metres longer it would be great. Love my steam mop! – There are a couple of things that would really make this mop super amazing! Firstly the tank could be bigger meaning I wouldnt need to fill it twice to finish my floors. Secondly...the cord is a little short. Thirdly...they need an on/off switch on the unit itself. However...performance wise...no complaints. Best Steam Mop – I was surprised that this mop has been discontinued since it wasn't sold as that. It does a much better job than several other brands that I've had. The best feature is that is the very quick drying time meaning it can be sued on cold days. I have to fill the tank twice to clean my home which has a large proportion of tiled floors.  Show details

So far so very good – We have had about 4 or 5 steam mops over the last 7 years, all different brands. Even though I will always try to get out of using the monster I have to admit this is the best we have had. By far the most powerful. Don't bother with the carpet attachments but for tiled floors it is excellent.  Show details

Amazing – The monster mop is the best investment i have ever made, so easy to use and great on my tiles and the perfect size head to get to both sides of the toilet too. Doesn't clean – Machine itself is a dream to use. Still trying to work out best way to clean my wooden floors. Marks on floor either need run over a number of times REALLY slow and then sometimes hard washed as the machine doesn't remove them. Pleasure – The cleaning power with the spray is great. The 2 pads are enough for a large house. Filling is easy, steam lasts a while.
