Euroflex Monster Hot Mop MC1X5 Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPNs: MC1X5 and MC1X5PACKCan u tell me if I'm meant to be able to see moisture on the floor as my floor is staying dry and mop is not working as far as we can tell. I waited for 10 minutes and it was not hot on plate. And appears to be not enough water to mop a square meter.
Hi Marie. Yes, you will see a lot of moisture on your floor If the monster mop Is WORKING. this product is a TOTAL EASTE OF MONEY!!! You may not have the cord attached completely (which is hard to know, as there’s no light to know if it’s working). Sounds like possibly you are having the same problem I have had twice - the water tank doesn’t deposit the water onto the pad. They did send me a new water tank section, but it STILL doesn’t work. SO FED UP. IM ABOUT TO THROW IT IN THE BIN. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A CRAPPY PRODUCT!!!!!!!
Thanks for that information and I'm thinking about sending it back to be honest as AGREE too much money for a product that does not appear to be working.
I have porous floor tiles which are "dirty" despite using X2O steam mop. Monster mop has been recommended but I'm not convinced! Any suggestions?
Hi Honey My Euroflex worked okay for a while, but gradually became less and less effective, so have switched to A Hoover Steamy (see my review). I don't think the Euroflex would be the way to go as it is not as powerful at cleaning as the one you have. Not really sure anything would work if the tiles are porous, but I'm no expert so I'd advise you to consult somebody more knowledgeable.
Can it be used on slate floors?
I should think so, but I'm no expert so don't rely on my opinion alone. The slate would be no problem, any problematic issue would be with whatever binds it to the substrate. This one would be less likely to cause damage than a regular steam mop as it produces less steam.
I can't think of a reason not to.....but, to be safe, I'd doublecheck with the makers.
I have floating floorboards which monster steam mop should i buy?
absolutely it really is the only mop you can use on timber floors without any concern
