On second use emitted a burning smell! – Purchased one of these a few years ago, used it once then it stayed in a kitchen cupboard until recently I decided to sell it. When we turned it on it emitted a burning smell so we ended up just giving it away as we figured with the smell it would most likely completely break down. My husband is an electrical engineer and he did not feel… Read more

comfortable with asking any payment for it. Ah well! That's what you get when the goods are made in the sweatshops of China!

Good mixer for the price – My wife uses it every week and has been doing so since 2009, bakes heaps of cakes with it, and it just keeps on going. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a heavy duty mixer at a lightweight price. The mixer is quite heavy and so it stays on the bench even when doing mixing such as heavy dough. simple and easy to use

If I want it fixed I would have to try and send it back to china. Great Concept, but badly made. Chrome… Read more

like coating on the beater came off after the first wash to show an aluminium beater.

Its fine to beat eggs with, but as soon as you try and use it for anything stiffer, it made bad clunking noises and thumping sounds.

A great disappointment to say the least Large mixing bowl flimsy plastic, looked metal, broke after a couple of months, came with a 30 day warranty only as the 1 year warranty doesn-t apply since the manufacturer is overseas.
