We've had this oven for over 10 years and it's been nearly faultless - however, the ignition module failed after a few years of use, and when I replaced it I saw that it's tucked into a cavity at the rear of the oven where it gets very hot. I was able to source some fireproof high heat resistant wadding from my workplace, so I used that to wrap around and protect the ignition module. It's now lasted over 8 years where the original lasted for less than 2. I'd suggest the ignition module location needs a redesign by the engineering team. Otherwise a great unit. No rattles, parts falling off or bits breaking, she's been a workhorse for our household.
Not built to last – First issue was the knobs weren't connecting properly to turn on one of the gas stove. It's clearly working different to the other ones and when the service man came out, he said I wasn't pushing it in properly but he had to replace it anyway (something about the magnet not being pushed hard enough in to connect?). Obviously that particular knob is different to the rest I mentioned. He just turned around to look at me and said, you get what you pay for (?!?!?). Anyway, still within warrantee, the glass cover for the grill drawer suddenly shattered and glass exploded everywhere. Luckily the kids weren't in the kitchen. The same service/repair man just quietly did the replacement and left. And now, outside of the warrantee period (bought in 2019, now end of 2023), oven is not working. It seems to be an electrical issue. The light flickers slightly when choosing an oven option but doesn't stay on and doesn't work. Please everyone, spend a little more and find something that will last you longer than 4 years without issues.

Good product – I found this stove outstanding. Usually gas stove doesn't break down too easily. Never had any problem with operation. Only complain was the grill compartment was too small. Other than that I have used it heavily with cooking with lots spicy (I meant to say messy cooking) , baking, roasting and grilling as well. My wife kept it clean all the time.

Cheap rubbish – Cooktop is rubbish. Heat variances and the click numbers give you virtually no control. Definitely not a cook top I could recommend. It also stains really easily. The oven is stupidly opening left to right so you have to get to floor level to put anything in the oven. Horrible stupid idea.
I dont recommend this product – I regret buying this oven, it had the right features and the price was ok however, the grill is so shallow you can't fit toast under it without taking out the toasting rack. The large burner on the cooktop doesn't work properly despite being serviced already The fan in the oven is so loud and tinny that I had it replaced thinking it was faulty when it wasn't. The fan works long after the oven is turned off making the noise worse than it needed to be.
I am about to get the service people our for the fourth time in 8 months lucky it is still under warranty
