Wear and tear after 10 months old – Build a new house and builder suggested Euromaid, installed only 10 months ago. I am Very disappointed . Range hood motor faulty, not fixed for 4 months. answers. They are caused by wear and tear. What have I done wrong ?. I used other brand for more than 10 years. No discolouration and rusty of the metals. It’s not a recommended brand.

Stay away from Euromaid gas cooktops – We bought standard size Euromaid gas cooktop from Harveynorman. It started developing faults one after the other? First fault was it ignites but doesnt stay on and the second fault was it doesnt ignite. Each fault rectification costed 75% of the new cooktop. Bad product, Bad service, Worst customer support – When purchasing the cooktop, I was told that they had an amazing after support and covers a 5 year warranty. The product is so bad that its burners/spark triggers usually stop working after every 5-6 month. Once you call the support, they would put you on long holds to log a case and you cannot create a case for less than 1 hour on a call. I… Read more

have raised the case and it has been 1 month and till yet, no one has come to replace the faulty part. My judgement will be - go for a cheaper product instead. This brand is expensive and don't live to the expectations.
