We bought a euromaid HLT80 a few years ago whit wouldn’t spin, over a few months had it supposedly fixed but continued to have the same problems. Only also fills to half way up the filter for the biggest load . After a few months it was replaced and guess what- same problem again!!! Have had a technician out when put in a part and it worked on a low empty load but once we put clothes in same problem. It was first reported on 15/1/2020 and we are still with no machine. We have 4 children so it is costing me an absolute fortune at the laundromat. Hopefully when they can’t fix it this time I can swap for a different brand. It was purchased from Appliances Online

My Euromaid HTL80 has just started making a horrible rattling noise when spinning, like there is a coin in there. We have checked...there isn't!!!

Has anyone gotten a result/satisfaction from Euromaid here? They ask for contact details, then don't bother to follow up. Don't return emails, don't return calls.

I have a Euromaid HTL80 just over 12 months old -it is not completing wash cycles. It reaches about 41 minutes until completion, stops and reverts to 46 minutes until completion. I have let the machine continue to see if it will finish the cycle but again, once it reaches 41 minutes it reverts to 46 minutes. This means that I have to stay close to the washing machine, stop it and manually set a rinse/spin cycle. It is very frustrating and disappointing. It does not seem to matter which wash cycle the machine is operating on.

My washing machine isn't even 1 yr old yet and it keeps going to E5 even after resetting as told to by euromaid tech support when it did this about aboutva week or ago. It worked fine after that time but this time won't reset. I have even plugged it into another power point. Is there another way to reset it or?

Hi , Can anyone answer this, I've just purchased one of these machines. When I lift the lid the machine still operates. I set the child lock function and the lid still lifts, is this supposed to happen?

I didn't think to check here as I've used Euromaid for many years in the mining industry. Just a bit stunned at the negative reviews.

In normal wash mode my machine makes a clicking noise after it spins anti-clockwise, it will then jam and not spin clockwise. How can I fix this problem?

Hi there, I have had my washing machine for 12 months and the spinner won't work anymore, what is the matter with my spinner, asa i need help.

I have been using my new machine for 12 months which I had bought for my new home, first NEW washer I have ever had,and within 2 months of using was disappointed with the washes as the water level was inaccurate. Harvey Norman sent a repair man out and replaced the panel. I was also amazed at it ripping up an expensive shirt during a wash which was on gentle cycle. The machine has different wash times which don't work out for the water level. Sometimes the wash time is longer for a lower level than a higher one. Today I got some wash out and one of my flannelette shirts had the armband all worn. Shirt is only 5 weeks old! I am a bit like the others, WISH I NEVER BOUGHT THE BLOOMIN THING! Am I able to get a refund on this piece of junk?
