Shocking customer service – While installing the product the glass has shattered to pieces. Called the company numerous times, each call taking at least 20 minutes on hold. the problem was and technician would need to come out. Paid $195 service fee for a technician who came in March 17, looked at it for 30 seconds and said it can't be fixed and the whole unit needs to be replaced. I haven't heard back from Euromaid since. I'm tired of chasing these guys and wasting my time waiting for a response.

Stay away! At the end you will end up spending more money on this product than a more premium and quality product from a reputable brand.

Good Customer care – Initially had following issue, however the manufacturer resolved it. Brought this under cupboard rangehood for my newly built home. The technician told defective PCB and would come later but never came back. Other than this the product looks good.

Update : the problem is resolved by replacing the unit. A carpenter was arranged by them and it is all good now.
